Doesn’t matter what kind of restaurant it is, Toujou will still end up being the chef. Girl can COOK. And clean, and delegate- y’know she probably actually just owns the whole establishment herself? Yeah, she’s executive chef, kitchen manager, AND restaurant manager

Here’s what I’m thinking as far as ‘typical’ staff

The Host is Korekiyo

The other chefs are Amami & Maki

The waiters are Angie, Saihara, & Momota

The dishwashers are Gonta & Hoshi

The bartender is Tsumugi

The Maintenance Staff includes Iruma & Ouma

The Bookkeeper is Kiibo

And then for some slightly out-of-the-box positions

The entertainers are Kaede & Himiko

The Head of Security is Tenko

Now I’m thinking it’s likely a fancier restaurant since it has entertainment

Ouma does more harm than good in his position and that’s (part of) why he and Iruma hate each other
