Blends with Friends ✨ Which wine would you pair with magwinya? I loved @wikushumansomm’s suggestion: @cheninblancsa @refilwemolisana_ and I paired the @marble_jhb duck liver pâté, with kumquat jam and magwinya with @oldenburgwines < CL° White 2020. The blend of 54% Chardonnay, 46% Chenin Blanc is lightly wooded, with upfront tropical fruit flavours Dry and delightful #TasteLetsSee #MarbleJhb #oldenberg #AtOurTable (at Marble Johannesburg) https://www.instagram.com/p/CqamCdlKHig/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

I HEARD FROM A CERTAIN PIRATE HANS ENTHUSIAST (@pirate-of-the-southern-isles) THAT FROZEN PIRATES ARE IN. So have my DND character Birgit Westergaard. Daughter of Prince Hans Westergaard of Tava and the Queen Anna Oldenberg of Aelfholm. Another one of those silly runaway princess plots. Oh boy is it going to be a time when she finds out she's not the only pirate in the family.

Newton: So, as you can see, I discovered the inverse square law. And I did it all on my own.
Hooke: This is an outrage! You stole that idea from me, and I demand credit where credit is due!
Newton: Lol no. Run along, little flea.
Hooke: [yells and tackles Newton, starting a fist fight as the rest of the Royal Society looks on in horror]
Newton: [grabs Hooke by the periwig and yanks hard]
Hooke: Oww, my scalp!
Newton: Hold on a minute. You mean your hair is naturally curly?
Hooke: Of course it is, you fool!
Newton: I had no idea. It... It's gorgeous! [shoujo bubbles]
Hooke: You finally noticed! uwu
Newton: Come. Let us leave this place and make sweet history together. [carries him away in his arms as a sparkling rainbow transports them away while a wedding march plays]
Oldenberg: Well, that didn't go quite as expected.

Today I worked in photoshop to try recreate Oldenbergs large plush sculptures , I firstly went to Paul to work with the greenscreen and god the photograph taken on the DSL cameras to get the quality I needed.
Tumblr media
I then went over to photoshop and edited it using the select object tool to put it in the background of the picture I had taken of the college. It was a hard process as I’m pretty anti tech so I had to get some help with it from my classmate. But I’m happy with the outcome and enjoyed playing around with the piece to make it into something different!…

okay okay okay. opinion time. what do you think about oldenbergs?
Objectively they’re good horses, but I’m a bit biased. The Oldenburgers I’ve been around all happened to have very bloody pedigrees, and had the minds to match. But then again I’ve been hearing people complaining about the lack of blood in the current crops of OL stallions (not OS ones, though), so I don’t think that my experience with them is in any way universal.
And one headbutted me once but I think that was personal
