Goudmakers gaat binnenkort weer van start! Na twee succesvolle edities in Noord, is het dit keer de beurt aan Haarlem-Oost. Vanaf mei kunnen inwoners van deze wijk, samen met andere buurtbewoners, meedoen aan allerlei creatieve workshopreeksen. Denk hierbij aan dansen, toneelspelen, kunstwerken maken van klei of hout, muziek maken en meer. Alle Goudmakers workshops worden begeleid door professionele creatieve makers, zoals kunstenaars, theaterdocenten en dansers. Vanaf mei starten de eerste workshops op verschillende plekken in Oost, waaronder in het Reinaldahuis, speeltuin De Papegaai en de Alleman. “Met Goudmakers willen we mensen uit de wijk middels creatieve workshops samenbrengen. Zo leren zij elkaar en de buurt kennen. Zelf iets maken en samen actief cultuur beleven is een ervaring die voor oud en jong, gezond of met een beperking, verbinding tot stand brengt,” aldus projectleider Femke Dobbelaer. Goudmakers wordt afgesloten met Goudmakersdag op zondag 7 juli, waarbij iedereen welkom is om alle resultaten, op diverse plekken in de wijk, te komen bewonderen!
