Yamaha also registered trademark applications for the 'E01' name earlier this year. Oppo gearing up to dive into the electric vehicle segment After Xiaomi and Huawei its another Chinese smartphone company Oppo gearing up to explore the electric vehicle segment . According to the report the firm wants to build its own electric car. Oppo CEO Tony Chen speaking to a local publication said  “Even in car manufacturing, we will focus on areas that OPPO can perform well.
