Super Mirror Roller

Super mirror surface roller is a key part of sheet and plate equipments. The rule is that the more smooth and precise the roller surface, the better the product quality. And, we always strike for the smallest possible surface roughness tolerance to the level of Ra0.005um. Twin Screw Energy Saving Type PET/PLA Sheet Line

Description JWELL develops the parallel twin screw extrusion line for PET sheet, this line equipped with degassing system, and no need drying and crystallizing unit. The extrusion line has the properties of low energy comsuption, simple production process and easy maintenance. The segmented screw structure can reduce the viscosity loss of PET resin, the symmetrical and thin-wall calender roller highten the cooling effect and improve the capactity and sheet quality. Multi components dosing feeder can control the percentage of virgin material, recycling material and master batch precisely, the sheet is widely used for thermoforming packaging industry. For the thin-walled high-efficiency roller, the surface shell thickness is only 50%-70% of the standard roller; by reducing the area of the strikes, and enlarging the contact area with cooling water, the thermal conversion efficiency is increased. And to offset the roller rigidity, the overall circular runner design is adopted to increase the intensity of the roller. Under the same working condition, the thin wall high efficiency roller boosted plate and sheet line output by 20% to 50%. Material heat treatment ● Quenching with Subsequent tempering, ensures the density of the structure. ● Outer surface deeply quenched, the hardness can be reached HRC 50~55. ● Surface electrolyze hard chromed, the hardness can be reached HRC 58~65.
