          these games remind her of a different time.  something a little shinier,  a little more colorful,  words and advertisements a little bit more in your face and bubbly.  just like back then,  she was still garbage at them.  

         she hits the machine so hard the there is a small dent left there;  the curse that follows is just as biting.  a moment to regain her cool composure.  “  well.  better luck next time.  “  as though she hadn’t had a full meltdown at losing.
