About The Role
We offer marketing services in several broad categories including local marketing, search engine optimization, blog/content writing and modest Google ad campaigns ($1500-$3000 monthly budget). Clients sign up for one or more services to create their monthly marketing package (i.e. A bankruptcy attorney may sign up for 2 blogs, search optimization and local marketing. A family law firm may do Google Ads, 1 blog and local marketing). As a Marketing Account Manager, you will have a set assignment of 35-40 websites belonging to clients that have subscribed to our marketing services. These sites, and the clients, are your priority and will be your direct responsibility for the duration of their subscription with us, which is ideally forever. We are looking to be a proactive and long-term partner for our clients, based on their trust that we are constantly looking out for their best interests. In coordination with our team you’ll work directly on the client’s website to implement our services, make modifications and improvements, test out ideas, monitor site performance and develop strategy improvements. You’ll touch base with the client periodically by phone and email to discuss results and brainstorm on new ideas.  Our team includes:
A dedicated writer for each blogging account
Coding and graphic assistance from our web design team
Our content director to advise on content strategy
Discrete tasks that you’ll do as part of this job include:
Keyword and content research

Publish a couple blog posts for different clients
Audit a website’s SEO issues and begin fixing problems
Respond to several client emails

Update 2-3 websites with minor client requests
Roll out a new ad format for PPC accounts
Over the course of a month, the typical work on a single website will add up around 4 hours and may look like:
Publish new blog entry provided by writing team
Research competitors and modify keywords on site
Encourage client to solicit a few new client reviews
A/B testing of contact form placement

Quarterly review call with client

I'm almost 5 years older & 3 inches taller than Molly. We were always close. Close-ish I guess until I was in college. Apparently I wasn't "nice" to Molly for about 18 years but I have zero recollection of that so she may have me confused with someone else. We started working together on BANGS December of 2014, almost two years after I founded the company. Of course Molly had been wearing BANGS Shoes since the beginning, along with my 7 other siblings, but it wasn't until that December that she had an official BANGS Shoes title. She had recently graduated from University and was working at an upscale spa in the mountains of North Carolina where one time she met Andy Roddick. Molly and I were sitting at our older sister Katie's apartment in Charleston. I was 27 at the time, still completely overwhelmed with literally everything, and couldn't help but notice Molly was spending quite a lot of time on Instagram. BANGS Shoes was in desperate need of PR. We had tried everything without results: cold calls & emails, PPC on Facebook, and even a boutique PR firm in Manhattan. Without any real expectations I asked Molly to try her hand at PR and cold DM people on IG... she was already on there anyways amirite. Over the next 60 days we saw a spike in everything. The relationships Molly was building online were directly correlating to the growth of our brand. We decided to amp it up. Since then Molly has played a role in developing almost every part of BANGS Shoes: product, customer service, back-end operations, logistics, marketing, content building, and more. I think even more important, at least from my selfish perspective, Molly has been a trustworthy and loyal companion through this process -- someone I can rely on without question to join me in a good brainstorm, celebration, and even cry if I felt so inclined. (To be clear she wouldn't cry I would cry.) What a gift we get to move through this life together.

The Challenge
The old website that Sninski & Schmitt Family Dentistry was working with presented its own set of challenges. The website was not mobile-friendly, did not promote the many strength that the dentist office offered, and was not user-friendly to site visitors. The website needed an easy way for visitors to call the office and schedule an appointment with the dentists. 
With the website redesign being a large part of the new project, Sninski & Schmitt also faced another challenge: ranking locally for dental keywords. Ranking highly for keywords such as “dentist in Holly Springs” would allow them to reach a larger amount of patients to help grow their business. 
The Solution
