Four Steps to Cut a Corrugated Plastic Sheet

step1: according to the proportion of the prepared coroplast sheets raw materials, put the raw materials, desiccant, color masterbatch or other additives.

step2: entering the mixer, feeding the stirred raw material into the hot pressing host, and heating and rolling into a coroplast sheet.

step3: smoothing and cooling through the cooling roller.

step4: the cutter device is composed of a blade fixed on the chain, a guide rail, a speed reduction mechanism, and a DC motor. When the corrugated plastic sheet reaches the infrared detector that opens the cutter, the detector sends a signal, and the cutter device starts and moves. The correx sheet is cut to the specified length.

PP hollow board shearing is the simultaneous sharing of moving objects on a continuous production line, and the pp corrugated sheets after shearing have strict regulations on the length precision, the perpendicularity of the cutting line and the straightness.
