Another small update for the new island;

I got the campsite up and going. I did the ceremony and you can barely see Bluebear. 😅

And I got my first campsite visitor!

But before I could go see who it is, Papi told me that Phoebe was sick so I attended to that.

Now time to see who it is.

Its Roswell! I’m really happy to get him. He was one of the several smug villagers I wanted for this island and now he’s here!

I got a spot picked out for his new home and now it is ready to go.

WOAH! I didn’t know his eyes could do that! (He’s still cool though lol.)

That’s it for now. I will have to wait to post more until I fix up the island and figure out how to transfer some stuff from my original island to the new one. I’m also going to rack up some NMTs that way I can do some proper villager hunting. So see ya later!

So I did mention several posts ago that I was going to make a big announcement and here it is.

I made a new island!

No, I didn’t delete my old one, it’s still there. I just got myself another console. (I managed to save up quite a bit of money and I found a really good deal for a used and refurbished switch at my local game store.) So now I have two islands lol.

Anyways, I named the new island Begonia. My starter villagers were Scoot and Phoebe. I found it funny that I have two birds as my starters.

It’s a work in progress at the moment so there is not much going on. I did just get Blathers and my three others villagers. One of them was from the nook miles tickets and the other two were randomized. I wanted to do a search for the other two, but I only managed to rack up five tickets. Four of the five tickets that I used ended up being bird-like villagers and I didn’t want another bird. Luckily, the last ticket got me Bluebear.

She’s cute. I wonder what she is going to be like.

The two random ones were very surprising.

First one was being Olive. I was really happy to get her. She was one of the villagers I was hoping to find when I did my new island, but now I have two cubs lol. 

The next one is… wait, Papi?!

Papi is a permanent resident on my first island. I headcanoned that Papi somehow figured out that I was creating a new island and wanted to help out too so he got himself a little temporary house in the meantime. (But in all seriousness, what are the freaking odds that a villager from my first island randomly showing up on the new one. 😂) 

That’s it for now. I’ll make another post when I make more progress on this island. And don’t worry, there are still going to posts from my original island too.

I did some villager hunting yesterday and here are some cool guys I found!

In the end I chose Kevin, a jock villager I've wanted for quite a while. I think he's so cute!
