This is Into, who happens to be a sniper with an eel-like head.  To explain the image in the top right, eels secrete mucus from their skin. And while not lethal some species mucus even contain toxins that cause irritation and pain to those who contact with it, which I thought would be fitting for Into instead of uh... piss.
