Today we were given the reassurance we've been desperate for a year to hear. Following a hearing test, Speech Therapy, Portage and support from nursery, we have finally seen a Paediatrician. We haven't been given a diagnosis written on paper, because we have to go through the necessary procedures to make it official for all the services, but we've known ourselves for some time now that Mikey is Autistic and now that has been confirmed by his paediatrician.
