3, 12 and 14 for ilya, jack and Dizzy :D

3. Do they look a lot like their parents, or prettydifferent?

Ilya never looked too much like either one of her parentsbefore the war, besides having her mother’s blue eyes (though hers aredefinitely creepier than her mother’s were) and her father’s nearly-whiteblonde hair (which she dyed black). Her mother was small, had a kind and sweetface and was always smiling. Her father was a very tall, slender man with abitter and angry expression at all times. Her mother always fondly told her shehad a face just like her grandmother, but Ilya never got to meet her, so shedoesn’t know.

But now with everything that has happened to her, she hasended up looking more like her father with the stature of her mother.

Jack, Aberdeen, Jerri-Lynn and Ford all look more like theirfather’s side of the family while Josephine, Rosanna, and Jolene look more liketheir mother’s side! Jack, Jolene, Jerri-Lynn and Rosanna ended up with theirmother’s blue eyes though, and Ford, Aberdeen and Josephine have their father’shazel eyes.

Dizzy looks so much exactly like Neela to the point where hecould be her awkward gangly twin if they were closer in age (and height. He’slike a solid foot and a half taller than her). He has her freckles and her darkhair, her giant green eyes, and even the same birthmark on the side of hisface.  When he was smaller and still hadhis long hair, people would often ask if he was her little sister.

But, he does have the giant mouse ears just like his father.

12. Which family member do they have the worst relationshipwith?

Ilya doesn’t have any family left. She always wanted herfather to be proud of her and to love her, but if he did he never showed it.Until the day he died, he still said he regretted bringing a child into theworld he knew would be destroyed by foolish men with too much power.

Jack gets along pretty well with everyone he is related to, especiallyall of his siblings. As far as large families go, they were all prettyprotective and friendly to each other. Sometimes his sisters might get annoyedwith him just because he’s a little dumb, but never to the point of ruiningtheir relationship.

Dizzy and his brother Rey have a tense relationship, mostlybecause Rey has always been kind of a bully to him. After Rey threatened toshoot him with a shotgun if he didn’t get out of the way of protecting Ace,that also kinda put a little bit of a damper on things.

14. Are there any non-blood relatives they consider family?

Ilya, no.

Jack considers Deacon to be like a brother, even thoughDeacon is too sneaky for him and Jack is too slow to catch onto his lies most ofthe time, and Beth and Drummer Boy are as important as family to him. But Brook( @thescaryreporter ’s oc) had always particularly been someone he looked up to before thewar and still after. Even though she’s younger than him, he still thinksof her like an older sister that he always looks to for help in his worsttimes.

Dizzy considers all the Kings to be his family, including Pacer who he fucking hates. But especially the King himself. Dizzy never had a verystrong father figure in his life, and even before he joined the Kings he stilllooked up to the man.
