I still have yet to watch Season 2 of Invincible (I plan too in the near future), but I saw this at GameStop last week and couldn't say no.

A few items I picked up last week that I forgot to post. Except for the D&D book, that was a Christmas gift form my friend.

The sleeves he ordered still haven't come in yet, and he said he owed me a Christmas present, so here we are. 😊

It's definitely going to come in handy for the new D&D campaign he's planning. My character of choice? A sorcerer, a.k.a. a wizard without a hat.

Finally!!!

After several months of waiting, I officially have the Pop Up Parade figure for Riza Hawkeye in my collection.

Oh and yes, this is your proof that I did, in fact go see The Marvels on opening weekend.

And for the record, I enjoyed it! I thought it was a lot of fun, I loved the the chemistry between the three leads, I thought the action was fun and I like seeing Kamala get more screen time. In short, it's a film I wouldn't mind seeing again when it comes out on Disney+.

Oh and yes, I laughed my ass off at a certain scene involving Goose's off-spring. If you've seen the movie, you'll know what I mean. What can I say, it appealed to my weird love of absurdist humor.

Picked up my copy of Issue 8 the other day.

And...

AAAAAHHHHH!!!!!! I KNEW IT!!!! I KNEW SHE WOULDN'T BETRAY HER HUSBAND FOR GENERAL PSYCHO!!!

And hey, look; one of my predictions came true for a change. Sure, I would've liked it if this had been their shared plan, but it makes sense. Clea is more ruthless, so the idea that she'd kill General so Stephen doesn't have to dirty his hands (again) makes sense. Plus, it brings up the possibility of more conflict to come between them in later arcs because Clea...is kinda being a bit of a hypocrite here if you think about it.

For now though? Yeah!!! You go girl!!!

Also, I DO love how General's still simping for Clea, even after she tried stabbing him with an anti-magic dagger. Kind of further my whole point that Stephen, no matter form he's in, will always love Clea in some capacity.

I also love Clea's line;

"I love Stephen Strange. My Stephen Strange. Enough to kill for him. To kill you, so my husband would not be made to."

It just confirms everything I believe about Clea Strange and the lengths she's willing to go to for the sake of her hubbie.

So yeah, I liked the new issue and can't wait for next month. 😊

Forgot to show the copy of Doctor Strange #7 I picked up this past Wednesday.

And having read the issue (and now that a few days have past), yeah...I don't think Clea's trading in her hubbie for General Psycho. If anything, I think this is part of her's and Stephen's plan to bring him down. I mean, we've established General is still simping for Clea. I think it stands to reason they might be using his love for her against him. You know the old saying; all's fair in love and war!

Speaking of the good doctor, some comic goodies I picked up this week from a friend of mine, mostly DS since he knows my tastes.
