Super Adventure Rockman is an interactive movie that was never officially localized outside of Japan.
The plot follows Mega Man and the Light Bots - Fire Man, Ice Man, Bomb Man, Cut Man, Guts Man, and Elec Man - as they travel to Lanfront Ruins in order to stop the spread of an electromagnetic field that will eventually destroy all machine-kind.
This game brings us Robot Masters from Rockman 2 and 3 as opponents, as well as introducing Ra Thor and New Yellow Devil as agents of Ra Moon.
In terms of the interactive gameplay segments, Super Adventure Rockman features choices of paths to take and bosses to tackle; combat is done through a Rail Shooter style first person point of view, where enemies and attacks are fired at the viewer and must be shot down when they are within the targeting reticle.

First released as Rockman & Forte, this game is functionally very similar to Mega Man 8 before it, down to reusing bosses.
It wasn't released languages other than Japanese until it was ported to the GameBoy Advance, with the Japanese version launching in August of 2002 and the US & EU versions launching in March of 2003.
In this particular entry, you can play as Mega Man or his rival Bass, but you cannot change once you pick one.
Mega Man retains his chargeable Mega Buster and Slide functionalities, and Rush can be summoned to search for secrets buried in the ground of stages.
In contrast, Bass gets a Dash instead of a Slide. This doesn't put him particularly low to the ground, but it enables a Dash Jump; on top of which, he can Double Jump and aim his own Buster in 7 directions - anywhere but straight down.
Unlike its predecessor Mega Man 8 however, after clearing the intro stage you are not taken to a Robot Master select screen... at least not as it was before.
A sort of "world map" opens up, with clearing stages unlocking more of them in an almost RPG style of progression, before you finally confront the King Castle and the baddie of the month himself...
Uh, King. His name is King. He sees himself as the king of the world because robots are better than humans according to him.
The King Castle has three stages and, like most games with a Fortress gauntlet so far, you have to beat it in one go. If you shut off the game, you have to restart from the first Castle stage.

First named Rockman 8: Metal Heroes upon its initial release in Japan, and it is a continuation of the storyline of the Mega Man games before it.
It has an opening stage, after which it learns from the Rockman World series and presents you 4 bosses to fight, after which you must beat a new boss in a mid-stage before you can try the other 4 stages and finally proceed to the Wily...Tower, this time it's a Tower.
This game introduces Duo and...
Some voiced cutscenes that went down in history for how bad they are, especially as Mega Man doesn't even pronounce Bass' name properly.
Nonetheless, it's just More Mega Man, though at this stage I don't feel I have to say that... I'm still gonna, but y'know.

Mega Man's Soccer is. Uh. It's soccer what can I say. It was first released with the name... Rockman's Soccer, I guess, which means it's not even a localization choice to name it Soccer instead of Football.
Well, moving on...
Mega Man's Soccer is an adaptation of the sport where you kick a black-and-white patterned ball around a field and try to score goals while another team tries to do the same thing.
It's set after the events of Mega Man 4 and while it has a plot, that plot is summed up as "Doctor Wily and some Robot Masters drop in on soccer matches and ruin them, so Mega Man stops him!!"
Perhaps surprisingly, there are still a variety of stages accessed in an order you please. It also has a Wily Castle in the story mode and... a league-play mode!
The gist of the gameplay is that It's Soccer and that Mega Man can split in to 8 guys now. One of the ways to play has a team of various Robot Masters joining Mega Man's team so that he doesn't have to duplicate himself.
It's Soccer. Mega Man's Soccer!
