Usually, Sofia liked to think she was strong. But...even she could admit to feeling not so strong lately. She knew Elena had been in the amulet for much longer, and had been one of many faces to flash to mind during that conflict.

Still she was grateful for the older royal, taking a deep breath and trying to steady herself as she was led away. Of course as soon as they were out of earshot, bright blue eyes welled with tears again at Elena's kindness as she moved to sit beside her.

"Thank you Elena." 'Deep breaths Sof.' Repeating what Clover had said after her first nightmare on her head the tears settled a little more. But they didn't go away. And rarely was the young princess one for crying. "...You helped me then too. Remembering your determination, your friendship. You and everyone else the amulet helped me meet, as well as thinking of my friends and family."

Still Sofia hugged the older royal again and shook. If anyone understood being scared of a sorceress....Elena probably did. And despite always trying to be brave, Sofia knew she needed to be true about it. "I'm not sure which was scarier...being dragged in or seeing Amber's frightened face thinking that would be the last we saw each other." Fighting Vör had been scary sure...but if she if Mr.Cedric hadn't had that spell...would she be put and about? Would they have had to come to Avalor? And what about Prisma? She'd seemed regretful but what if she&d attacked at the time.

Elena held the girl close, her eyes closing for a moment. If anyone had any inkling of what the princess was going through, it was Elena... though even then she wasn't sure how much help she'd be. After all, Sofia had been in the amulet for an hour, two at most, Elena had been in there for over four decades. More importantly, Elena had been alone, not trapped with a deadly foe as her little one was. From the letter she'd received from Queen Miranda, there were scars... nightmares...

Wordlessly, Elena guided her former charge into another room, away from the worried gazes of both their families. She took a seat on one of couches, inviting Sofia to join her.

"It's Okay.... not to be okay," She started, rather awkwardly, though quickly her features softened, as she gave the child's hand a squeeze. "Your Mom mentioned you've been having trouble sleeping.... Sofia, I know you, better than most. Whatever you need, I'm here mi cielo,"
