today I learned that avoiding eye contact can be an anxiety trait and suddenly, my behavior when in a new class makes more sense
#day musings#early to the middle of the semester#I had a really hard time making eye contact#I didnt know why tho#Like. I know it could be an autism trait#but I am not autistic#I couldnt really explain it#so it was just filed under my quirks#but then I was watching a bluey video essay#Pugly's video on Bluey's depiction of anxiety and trauma#and he noted that in Mckinzie#and it was just like. Oh#That's probably that#soo. In case no one else knew
