Who likes downward dog โ‰๏ธ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ™Š ๐Ÿ™Œ Here is for you a quick but effective downward dog workout. Perfect combination between stretch and strength. You will definitely feel energised and uplifted. ๐Ÿ™Œ Depending on your fitness level, you can start from as low as 3 repetitions and keep adding one each day until you reach your comfortable maximum. Let's say around 10. ๐Ÿ™Œ First day start with 1 round.
