Who likes downward dog โ๏ธ๐คฃ๐ ๐ Here is for you a quick but effective downward dog workout. Perfect combination between stretch and strength. You will definitely feel energised and uplifted. ๐ Depending on your fitness level, you can start from as low as 3 repetitions and keep adding one each day until you reach your comfortable maximum. Let's say around 10. ๐ First day start with 1 round.
