The MA70 Supra was popular as a pioneer of high-power sports. The moment you step on the pedal, you feel a momentary slump as the torque builds up, but once you reach over 4000 rpm, the power suddenly explodes and you accelerate with great speed. In the rain, even with the 265 Advan tyres , the wheels would spin easily.

The suspension is equipped with TEIN coilovers and pillow uppers, allowing for a wide range of settings. One of the attractions of this car is that you can have fun swinging the car around with the LSD set to a high initial. 3L turbo cars are common these days, but considering the price of 1,380,000 yen, even though it's a used car, it's still a valuable choice for a lonely runner with a deep pocket.

MV AGUSTA BLIPPER - TEIL 3

In Teil 1 meiner MV Agusta Blipper-Fibel habe ich die Theorie angeschnitten, Teil 2 zeigte den Ist-Zustand an den beiden MV Agusta F3 Modellen mit den Jahrgängen 2014 und 2015. Im dritten und letzten Teil will ich Euch zeigen, wie die Lösung aussieht und vor allem, wie man auch an den „älteren“ Modellen einen Blipper nachrüsten kann.

Für die Modelle ab 2015 ist die Lage klar. Der von Werk montierte EAS 2.0 Quickshifter und der geänderte Kabelbaum unterstützen das Hoch- und Runterschalten aus der Kiste. Hier liegt der Hund einzig und alleine bei der ECU begraben. Ein Update der ECU schafft Abhilfe und liefert dem Fahrer den Genuß eines Blippers. Du verfügst über eine F3 Modelljahr 2015+, Deine F3 besitzt den EAS 2.0 Quickshifter mit 3 Adern und Du willst das ECU Update haben? Bitte kontaktiere mich...

Für die Modelle vor 2015 ist ein kleiner Eingriff in den Kabelbaum unumgänglich. Wie im 2. Teil verdeutlicht geht ohne die 5 Volt am Quickshifter nix. Damit diese 5 Volt an Pin 1 vom Schaltautomaten ankommen, muss das violett-schwarze Drähtchen gefunden und angezapft werden. Diese Ader findet man relativ einfach am Heck der MV Agusta F3, wo ein 3-adriger Stecker zum Neigungssensor (Kill-Schalter) verläuft. Diese lilafarbene Ader führt 5 Volt mit sich und dort zapft man elegant mit einem Stromdieb den Saft ab und verlegt eine seperate Ader zum Quickshifter. Dort angekommen wird die alte Leitung vom Stecker aus Pin 1 entfernt und die neue Leitung auf Pin 1 geklemmt. Fertig.

Bevor man die Funktion mit einer Testfahrt beim Leib erfährt, wird zuvor mit dem Multimeter geprüft, ob jetzt die korrekten Ausgangssignale an die ECU geliefert werden.

Messergebnisse:

Eine Testfahrt bestätigt die einwandfreie Funktion des Quickshifters EAS 2.0 an der 2014er MV Agusta F3 800 mit ABS. Das funktioniert auf die selbe Art und Weise auch an einer F3 675. Beide Modelle sind absolut identisch. Auch die Modelle ohne ABS verfügen über die gleichen Möglichkeiten. Wie das bei Brutale, Rivale und Dragster aussieht, kann ich nicht bestätigen, da ich solche Motorräder noch nicht unter den Fingern hatte. Theoretisch sollte es aber auch dort machbar sein.

Ein Update auf die Blipperfunktion setzt also prinzipiell ein ECU-Update, den EAS 2.0 Quickshifter und ein wenig Kleingeld voraus. Bei den beiden ersten Themen kann ich Euch behilflich sein. Ich hoffe der Workaround hat Euch geholfen und etwas Licht ins Dunkel der Elektronik gebracht, die so schlimm gar nicht ist, wenn man die Basics verstanden hat. Das schöne an der MV Agusta ist, dass sie elektronisch sehr logisch und relativ einfach aufgebaut ist.
