Thunderhoof laugh/chuckles a bit when Mavado said "Acolyte" towards the Cervicon then slowly stop and seriously stare at him. "That's funny of yous Human saying "Acolyte" towards Me cause I'm a WELL-KNOWN Mafia Crime Boss from my Homeplanet:Cybertron and YOU said that towards me makes ME wanna SLAGGING kill YOUS afterwards,but now that you said the word "Acolyte" towards me KINDA fits me cause I kinda act like ONE towards the OTHER Cybertronians so I'm "Sparing" you for It...." looking everywhere a long time then staring back to Mavado. "And if you see and find this "Kabal" guy,I hope you FRAGGING kill/torture him for whatever he did.." He smirks while softly patting Mavado's Back then Head with his right Servo.

Mavado simply threw a serrated knife into a old picture of a pair of young monks, piercing the scalp of an already hole-pocketed face. “He is a Black Dragon. Nothing else to it, Acolyte.” He said with a soft threat in his voice. “I will take care of him.”

His arms were crossed impatiently.

"You're a human, right? So you've been alive what," he calculated, "45 years at most? Don't pretend you understand eras or revolutions, anklebiter. Now get to the point or else you're resisting arrest."

The blueish massive-size Cervicon looks at the frown man with a slight sadness and pity that he lost Hsu Hao then softly patted/rubbed his Head a bit with his left Servo. "That's fragging Sad and Depressing...."

Mavado twitched a slight frown on his face, tossing a mild bundle of files. One of them sliding out with the letters ‘ADE’ edging out. “Hsu Hao was one of my best…and his sacrifice for the Red Dragon will not be misused."

"You're in the files. Leader of the Red Dragon. Trying to steal our tech, like everybody else. Also, under arrest. I suggest you don't resist."

Hotaru didn't miss a beat as he continued his attempt to grab Mavado. Surely the human knew that if he were to attack the Seidan, it was all over.

He made no attempt to answer the criminal's question.

Hotaru immediately stopped, having been tricked by an illusion. He had opened a section of the invisible barrier surrounding the area in case he had to push the enemy off the ledge, but he suddenly disappeared.

There was only one place he could have gone: down.

There was an underside to the floating city, an entire second world of residences, businesses, and magical machines keeping Seido afloat. Whatever was making that sound surely guided him there.

Hotaru posted a warning about this figure for the 6th subquarter underside 3B section of the city. He'd escaped for now, but nobody eludes the Seidan Guard for very long.

"So in other words your point is to ask me the tough questions." Typical. Hotaru rolled his eyes though it wasn't visible. "I'm not different. That's an insult in my culture. The Senate is not incorruptible, because it is made of people. Thus, not even the Senate is above the law. Next question."

Hotaru narrowed his eyes as his grasp was evaded again. He thought he saw a flash of something red stretch out before him as Mavado bounced away.

His translator was getting a bit confused so there was a slight delay on his part.

"Trust me, if there were a cita I would have known about it. Odd that a red dragon make a mistake like that."

Since Mavado didn't seem to be fleeing, Hotaru would engage him in this pointless conversation until another opportunity to pounce revealed itself.

"What do you want?" The guardsman crossed his arms. It was more of a statement than a question.
