“ We get it! You’re a lazy control freak who can’t throw a punch for shit! ” Chuuya scowls as he rips the sheet of paper out of Dazai’s hands. “ …you can keep up with me, eh? ” His fault for not specifying if he meant physically, mentally, verbally or whatever he supposes. But everything else…

Huh. Dazai really did check most of his boxes, didn’t he? Sure, there were a lot of things he flat out did not like about the detective, mostly regarding how fucking fake he felt the need to be for some reason, but… they did have their moments. Plus after he busted him out of Meursault, Dazai had been surprisingly not awful to him for once.

“ Alright, fine. 6pm, this Friday. I’ll take you out to whatever restaurant you like & buy you dinner. Just… try to show up with your clothes dry for a change. ”
