if you are going to print it for a jewel case (the case I use) though

the front is 4.72 in x 4.72 in (11.98cm x 11.98cm)

the back is 5.91 in x 4.64 in (15.01cm x 11.78cm), and the sides fold about a quarter of an inch in (0.635cm)
