his hair is naturally brown but he hates the way it looks so he bleaches it at least once a month

he's like 5'10 and he brings it up all the time

he LOVES being tall

he has a dj pon3 tattoo on his stomach

he really likes the scott pilgrim comics (his favorite character is wallace btw :3)

he has 14 piercings in total (12 facial, 2 lobe piercings that he's in the process of stretching)

his sleep schedule is BEYONDDD fucked

his daily routine is like, wake up at 1pm, play video games, take a shower, get high and feed slart king, go to work, get home at midnight with taco bell (and some bk fries for his son), then either smoke again, get drunk, or play video games and go to bed at 7am

he likes the weekends more because he doesn't have to work, his band practices on saturdays, and he can go to the skatepark

slart king comes with him virtually everywhere (except for work)

he doesn't have a car so he just skateboards places, and slart king either sits in his hoodie pockets or the actual hood (he's really tiny)

i very regularly ponder the actions adults haf towards me when i was a child and gow it affected me and is harming me to this day.

my adpptive abusers deprived me of sleep from the day they got me to the day i left. i wpuld go to sleep around 11 at the earliest and i would be forced to wake up arpund 3:30 every single day. i wasnt allowed back to sleep. i wpuldnt get back home until LONG after 7pm due to after school, girl scouts, or being forced to go witu my abusers while they visited people.

On days where they didnt wakee up at 3:30, for example, when they forced me with them to a hotel, they would still wake me up early and scream at me to shut the fuck up and just leave when i told them "it's 6am and youre as loud as a friegth train. youre going to get a noise complaint called." they continued to loudly talk over the cot i was forced to sleep on in the kitchen of the hotel when i had barely 5 hours of sleep.

whenever i would managed to sleep in or take a nap i was constantly mocked by everyone and sgamed on facebook.

thats barely four hours a night for a 2 year old child. for a fove year old. for an eight year old.

on top of all of this i was starved by being given gluten with every meal, to the point my small intestines still havent healed even after being gluten free for more than three years.

these studies show that even twenty minutes of sleep deprivation is DRASTICALLY HARMFUL for children. Getting only four hours of sleep is disgustingly dangerous.

four hours is the most amount of sleep i ever had. for seventeen years straight.

oh and btw i do have adhd, so it effected me EVEN MORE.
