Hello! I'm reading Snapback (again) in your NLB verse (I am rereading it so much these days) and I just wondered how the tattoos will act as they grow?

The prothesis will be a problem (especially Echo's...) and it will maybe be a Plot point or something, but the tattoos? Will they warp as the kids (ALL of them) grows? Skin and flesh do not grow perfectly symmetrical in normal condition, for example if you pierce your ears as a child the small holes will not be exactly aligned once adult.

I do find it slightly cruel, that such symbol of indivuality and personhood gets twisted by just, growing up.

But, well, I'll see how you'll handle it!

So the tattoos. Unfortunately they will be warped by the kids growing, however Star Wars is a pretty high tech society, so I figure they'd have a way to fix them easily enough! It is a little sad the idea of them being messed up, but I'm sure they'll be able to have them fixed.
