Start on May 1 to May 3, my customer migrate the server, and also upgrade the SQl2012 to SQl2019. Officially claim the speed improve from 9sec to 6sec. In fact it is not the actual number as the 6sec data is pick after the new server done the indexing. Later day I query again from old server the time took is 7.2sec and new sever is 6sec, and this 7.2 sec is without indexing on old server. I believe the old server and new server in query time actually is not much different! But I can’t tell them as their database admin is very confident that new server is the best. Anyway the SQL2019 write is faster as before. I am study it.
