INTRODUCTION AU PROJET DE SUBSTITUTION : La station FESTO Distribution

  Dû fait du Corona virus, pour une bonne partie des étudiants qui devait faire quelques mois en entreprise pour valider leur cursus, leur stage a été annulé, et j’en fait parti.

  Pour remédier à ce manque de note pour valider le 4ème semestre,mes professeurs ont décidé de nous donner un travail de substitution à faire.

  Mon travail de substitution fait référence au projet de deuxième année à l’IUT GEII. Avec trois camarades, nous devions travailler sur une chaîne de production FESTO, et je devais m’occuper de la station de distribution. Dans ce travail de substitution, premièrement je dois changer les composants de la partie commande en passant d’un API Siemens à un API Schneider, le M340. Et deuxièmement, je dois programmer la partie opérative de la station grâce au logiciel Control Expert.

  J’ai jusqu’au 15 juin pour rendre mon travail ainsi qu’un rapport et une vidéo de présentation.

CHOIX DES COMPOSANTS POUR MA PARTIE COMMANDE

  Pour faire mon travail, on m’a demandé de travailler autour de l’API M340 de chez Schneider. La première étape de mon projet est donc de trouver les composants adéquats pour fonctionner avec mon API. Il faut que je choisisse un rack, un processeur, une alimentation, un bloc d’entrée et un bloc de sortie.

Pour le rack, j’ai choisi d’utiliser un  XBP 0800, car il possède 8 emplacements, ce qui est largement suffisant pour nous mais qui peut nous laisser une marge d’erreur.

Pour le processeur, j’ai choisi  le BMX P34 2020 qui possède une connectique Ethernet et un port série Modbus.

Pour le bloc entrées, j’ai choisi le BMX DDI 1602 comportant 16 entrées numériques à une tension de 24V.

Pour le bloc sorties, j’ai choisi le BMX DRA 1605 comportant 16 entrées TOR à une tension de 24V.

Pour alimentation, j’ai choisi la BMX CPS 2000 qui permet la bonne alimentation de nos capteurs ainsi que de la partie commande.

Une fois avoir choisi nos composant, je les ai implémenté dans mon programme afin de pouvoir commencer à programmer dans de bonnes conditions.

Bu açıklar nasıl bir tehlike oluşturur ?
