I just want to say thank you to your post. I am sad yet happy that I'm not the only one. I've actually received death threats and have been kicked out of groups, discord. Called a homophobic, yet I'm queer, cause I will honestly ship shiro with anyone. Be it fellow palidins/adam/reader/water bottle from episode2. He's still REALLY cool. If you're going to stay, I will too. I can't believe people are willing to hurt and haze REAL people over a show. What kind of fandom are we trying to become?

Thank you for your response. At first, I was really scared to post that because I haven’t really stated that I ship Shaladin. 

I didn’t want the hate. This fandom is really scary at times but I’m not going to give up just because some unknown person tells me I’m a pedophile and I should die. Yes, these threats hurt, but I know that these people don’t actually know me and can’t get to me. That’s why I don’t reveal my normal Tumblr account. 

And, I’m not afraid to ship it anymore. If people are going to hate, let them. But if people send me and Spring hate, they will be blocked. 

I want to look through the Shaladin tag and find positive things, not hate. That’s why I’m taking requests for it. ~Mod James
