Standing side by side, the difference was obvious—and a little intimidating. No one was surprised by this, right? It was already well known that Kiyoshi was the tallest out of all the members in Seirin. But it also made Kouki painfully aware that, while he wasn't the shortest, a couple inches barely spared him from that title.

"I'm in elementary being compared to a tree—" Clearing his throat, he dragged his gaze up to meet Kiyoshi's, knowing that any tilt of his head to make looking at him easier would weigh on his mind for the rest of the day. But he was starting to notice that their difference in physique didn't help his new-found insecurity at all. "I mean... I meant that respectfully. It's impressive, Senpai... really impressive."

At least he was given some confidence back, never mind that he was being compared to a girl's height. No, no, no. As a Japanese teenager, he met the average! His height was normal! "Uh, hi. Y-You're pretty tall, yourself..."

It was a group decision to have another training camp with one of the many teams that they ended up crossing paths with. A camp that would hopefully benefit both sides while it was a chance to catch up with the friends they had been able to make. A way to further their skills for the sake of competing and being able to strength the friendly bonds that they've been able to create so far.

Being the captain, Makoto was helping with the arrangements to make sure that everything was going to go smoothly. While there was plenty of help from everyone, he was doing his part as the training would fall on Coach Sasabe's shoulders. He was the best one to figure out what could benefit both teams during the time shared underneath this same roof.

Glancing up from the clipboard, he could see the look of confusion that rested across Gou's face, the sister of their childhood friend. "Gou, is something wrong?"

“You don’t like shrimp chips?” Mura poses his question to the small cat that sniffed at the snack he’d dropped before pawing it away.  Murasakibara reaches into his chip bag to retrieve another chip and pops it into his mouth.  “Maa. . More for me, then.”

The cat remains, choosing to rub against Mura’s long legs and ignoring the shrimp chip.  The massive teen crouches and sets his bag of snacks to the side so that he can pet the feline.  However, it takes more interest in the crinkly snack bag than Mura’s hand.  Into the bag its head goes! 

Murasakibara hums with amusement.  “Ho, you tricked me. Greedy..”  He pets the cat’s backside affectionately before changing the subject. “Does your owner know you’re out here taking advantage of strangers?”

he’s been standing there watching the other for at least the past five minutes, watching as kiyoshi sat on the bench trying to toss chips into the air and catch them with his mouth. he’s been failing. miserably, at that. there’s more chips on the ground than broken dreams in an er and mitobe wonders just how long he’ll keep trying. or, at least, how long he himself could stand to watch this happen. three, four, five dropped chips later and mitobe places a hand on his friend’s shoulder. / @sharedpractice liked.

“You didn’t know too, huh? This is more severe than I thought.” The fact that Kiyoshi was also kept in the dark was something that added to Riko’s concerns. Could it be, that there was some hidden trauma behind Hyuuga’s decision to hide his chocolate allergy? They needed to find out, ASAP.

“Huh? Are you sure that’s not how it works? One of my classmates has a peanut allergy, she had to go to the hospital...”

Taiga was pissed as he ran on the sand because his rival, Midorima, made him realize his own weaknesses. His jumping power had exponentially increased but Midorima was able to stop him because he was too predictable. After all, he could do with his left hand was dunk. He could only do a double clutch with his dominant hand while jumping off his left leg. At least thanks to that arrogant green-haired jerk, he was able to realize what he needed to work on by winter. He needed to strengthen his legs and hips and his left-handed ball handling to move at will through the air!

Unexpectedly, his senpai’s voice called on the air and Taiga stopped in his tracks. Kiyoshi-senpai mentioned that he was still running on the sand which was all he had done this summer camp truthfully… At least Coach explained why she had him do those laps!

“Oh yeah, Co- I mean, I’m sure boot camp is brutal. Like you mentioned, all I’ve been doing is running.” That in itself was brutal! To buy enough drinks for the team and Shuutoku, he was drenched in sweat and by the time he returned to the lodge, he couldn’t even shower! “I couldn’t help but run again because I want to get stronger.”

Then, Kiyoshi-senpai’s next comment threw him for a loop.

“Wha?-”

“Senpai, I am wearing my shoes. Oh… Do you mean my Nike Jordans? They’re still in my bag.”

Luckily Kuroko advised him that everyone would be wearing white sneakers on this trip. It would be a waste if he ruined his favorite shoes on the hot sand after all!

“Kagami!” Teppei called, catching up to the other on his run, he was easily recognisable from his height alone but the bright red hair did help, “Still running on the sand ‘ey? That boot camp was brutal, I haven’t brought myself to do it again” he laughed but looked around. “Where did you put your shoes?”.

There is definitely no coincidence in how we vibed well off the bat and have so many things in common! Oho Asa could not tell me otherwise, our zodiac signs' compatibility is undeniable! It must surely be meant to be, and I am so very thankful to you for adding Kise and Takao for my KnB boys to ship with.

You are a big inspiration to my crazy crossover world-building. Whereas other Kise's are still being models as he ages, your Kise will be a pilot as he gets older and that's the vision in my personal world as well plus it makes it easier for Kikasa happy ending after they get through their trials! I love the other things you've described about Kise, like his sisters and how he gets their tastes from them. It will be so fun to make his sisters later on for Senshi no Basuke.

Ofc, I too love rereading your replies. At random times I like to go back to your replies and reread it all over again because you are an amazing writer and so fun to plot with! I am super thankful to have you as a rp bestie because I swear we must have some kind of wavelength for giving to each other whether in times of need ( mostly me unintentionally in the dumps but hopefully that'll change with this fresh new blog ) or simply out of a mutual desire to express our platonic love for one another! She glances at the retreating figure of the brightly-dressed girl who had spent the last few minutes chatting with Kiyoshi before she says anything. “You know she was totally hitting on you, right?”
