Thinking about how I might have felt about Liara if, during the confrontation on Ilium regarding her part in Shepard's resurrection, she said something more along the lines of, "You're too important to die," rather than, "I couldn't let you go,".

Most of these drawings were done early-fall to early winter-- so a little it more than a few months ago. I decided to lower the amount of images for this sketchpile, and will think about using these pictures/unseen sketches for ref sketchpiles in the future. 1. This first image is the relation between a zhuards base forms- ones that they inherently know and can change into physically or metaphysically. These forms are not learned, unlike their human guise (hence why there's no human-y zhus on here). Although the body of such quadrupeds, hexapeds and bipeds (terrestrial, pharaoh and ka'nar form) are unique, many features of a zhuard remain the same, especially around the facial area. If you see a zhuard in one form, you'll know you're staring at a zhuard regardless if they appear to you in a different form- if you know what to look for (metallic sternum-keel and spurs, bony landmarks on body, etc). 2. Allendria! All cozy for the winter time. Zhus don't feel the cold much, managing a 'comfort' bubble of domruku around themselves as a subconscious survival mechanism, should it get too nippy out. Allendria is considered a nomad, hoping from clan to clan; her reputation varied. She is a dark burgundy high class 4 percentage zhuard with a black dorsal stripe. Her assertive air and curiosity is quite known for anyone who has bumped into her. 3. Shiro Artmarvo: A rather serious zhuard. He is the patrol leader for Moril's clan and has the history of being a clan advisor. He has a dark tan base with elder silver intermingled fur markings and strong silver highlights. The iridescence on his fur is a light blue tone. He is a standard breed. Shiro likes frequenting human and other settlements mostly because he's a big foodie with a soft spot for noodles. Taravin Artmarvo: Taravin stepped into my mind when I was drawing what I thought would be a random zhuard. His full name immediately appeared to me, as well as a weird hunch that he was related to Shiro. The two shared a last name (matrilineal, for zhus) which means they are direct or half brothers. Taravin is a little more adventurous than his brother but holds a similarly tough personality. Taravin is a standard breed, dark grey (toned markings) zhuard. 4. Moril Evreen: Moril it the matriarch of a clan that holds territory in the sprawling Toumin hills area . She's a very dark blue hued zhuard with a green iridescence. She loves her family but prides herself on handling and keeping order in the clan. Her family split off to occupy different sections of the Hills, so the Evreen family is known through its association. 5. Theo-Amis Beaumont: Theo is Yévonne's direct grandfather. His personality and quirks are an oddity in the family, but is also a strong reflection of his granddaughter. He even shares the same wavy long hair (if not wavy-er) and a similar rosegold fur color. To my knowledge he has no markings. Theo is a courser who happens to own a self made pair of tinted shades. No one really knows why either. 6. Some pharaoh form zhus in physical manifestation (which is possible with enough domruku...a lot). This was the start of their slight redesign, which is reflected here. Pharaoh form is the original 'zhuard' form. They are huge creatures--we're talking kaiju esque heights. Being beings partially formed by energy they are freed from many biological restrictions, which is only amplified in this form three fold. Stats on pharaoh form has to always be in a very wide estimated range due to this. Weight especially- it's nearly impossible to estimate as given certain abilities and energy stability/instability, this form can fluctuate its weight seemingly. Magnetic pull can be a factor in addition to that--but not everything is known about this form.
Another fun fact- pharaoh forms large walking arms double as winged arms- but flying is not the correct term for what this form actually does. It alters its weight and uses the dimensions energy and magnetic influence (if any) to move off the ground, spreading its arms and using its tail and hip gliders as stabilizers, alongside its deep sternum-keel. This form certainly needs no introduction to an apex predator title (...if it hunted and ate that is..). Instead, the Freebound Energy Collection Corp title this form of zhuard as the 'Pinnacle of Domruku in the flesh'. 7.Chole: Chole is a nomad-living type of zhuard who ends up being a good friend to Allendria. She is down to earth but has a somewhat hidden fiery personality. She is a very approachable zhu. She's also has rare dark green colored fur! Here she is in Ka'nar form, which is the Tiber'su's experimentation of a bipedal zhuard form. 8. Anton: The half brother of Zaru..the two became enemies when Anton became Remi Broduer's ally. He has the splotched fur marking like his brother, but unlike Zaru, Anton has a much more easy going, lazy personality. 9. Garrson Renaud Broduer: Yévonne's second older brother, Garrson is a lot less cold-shouldered than Remi, but less adventurous and outgoing than his younger sister. He is easy to trust and is generally friendly, able to insert himself into different zhuard clans as an 'extra' if needed. He is (to my knowledge), a very dull orange zhuard- almost brown looking. He seems to know small tid-bits about everyone and anyone. 10. Sachi Evreen: The sister of Moril Evreen, she is often called a southern belle with an adrenaline rush. Sachi tends to be a co-supporter of patrols in her sisters clan and loves to explore. She is a cream colored zhuard with both a cape fur marking and dark brown bold laced patterns. Her iridescence is red, and her look has donned her the nickname of 'sunset-zhuard' or 'tiger-zhuard'. . . . Art/sketches (c) Thebridgebeyond/SNW
