The existing custody arrangement for Aaftab Poonawala, who is charged with killing his roommate Shraddha Walkar, expires today. Police asked for a delay because they couldn't find important evidence, such the murder weapon. The officials gave up trying to empty a pond where some of her body parts were believed to have been dumped on the fourth day after spending hours scouring around different regions of Delhi. During the search for Shraddha's body parts on Sunday, a human skull and bones were discovered. On Monday, the investigating team went to the court to ask for permission to test Aaftab's polygraph.
