Most people in my life know me as an adult, they will never know the younger version of myself. Childhood is a very short and special period in each person's life. Once it's over, it's over. An outing with a Sigma DP1. The colors of the Foveon sensor always seem to make me so happy. I must buy this camera.

The Houseplant That Flowers All Year

Violet appeared as violet coming out of the Sigma camera, something that I was glad to have as that had saved me some work in post.

数枚に1枚の確率

数年に一度とはよく聞くけど、数枚に1枚というのはDP2でブレずにジャスピンで撮れてる確率のこと。

ISOをとにかく上げられないから、数打つしかない。

そして、あまりに光が足りなければ諦めるしかない。

こんなカメラ、今時ないでしょ。

でもバシッと決まれば立体感と空気感のある、独特な写真を得られる。

それがDP2の良いところであり、虜になる部分。

電池の減りが早いことなんてたかが知れてしまう。

その唯一無二な構造のfoveonセンサーならモノクロも得意。

DP2は写真を撮るためだけに生まれた道具。

ファッション性など皆無。

たが、それがいい。
