The pizza- The Acorn aka Honey, Pecan, Bacon pizza. We love this photo. Cue “Wind beneath my wings” by Bette Middler. That is this guy. He is the reason we survived the worst of the Covid shortages. When we could not legally operate without shortage items like bleach and alcohol gel? He made sure we got what we needed to stay open. This is Dave. He saves our behinds on a regular basis. Up at 3 am 5 days a week keeping @usfchefstore @smartfoodservice in Parkland stocked. Writing emails, making calls, and doing whatever it takes to track down our products while keeping an eye out for new products that work in our 900 degree oven, and with our environmentally friendly is better requests. His smile never falters. Like Father like daughter. Seeing him always makes our night. We are happy to say they both loved the Acorn pizza. Yay! The schedule.
