Hello friends 💞 It's been a while, I'm sorry for the sudden absence, motivation is hard to come by anymore 💞 but with the Simblr Fairy joining our community, I remembered that this blog exists, oops lol. With the New Years coming around, I would like to revamp this blog a little! I'll share my plans, but I would like to clarify that I will still continue to be inactive until the end of December / beginning of January, just for mental health. My plans for SQOTD are as follows: -New Layout and Post Layout, I'm not sure what my idea is so far, but! I'll come up with something for sure hehe :D -New posting schedule, I will be laying the everyday posting schedule to rest, such is the way of being an everyday blog! Haha. I have, so far, settled on a Tuesday/Thursday posting schedule. -With a new posting schedule, I think I will also try and add my own questions to the queue from now on, I cannot express just how grateful I am for everyone and sending their own questions, but I'd like to pull in the reins and start submitting my own questions from now on. That being said, [my] questions will begin to be more OC and Sim Story oriented, apologies 💞 I may still accept question submissions in the future. TL;DR: New Layout and Post Layout, New Posting Schedule (Tues/Thurs), and Questions will probably be my own now

I want to thank you all for the continued support throughout this blog's lifetime, this blog has gone a long way and has flourished thanks to you, the Simblr community, I'm wishing nothing but good things for every single one of you next year, I love you all <3

Aaahh.. Been a while, it seems! (ᵕ•_•)

I'm very, very sorry about the drop-off friends! Especially since I promised so much </3 I wish I could come back bearing good news, but I cannot. My Sims spark has dwindled a lot since December 17th, and I can't promise at all that I'll be coming back (｡•́︿•̀｡)

I won't be passing this blog onto anyone else, as this is linked to aha.. a Personal Email, but also! I just do not feel good passing it to someone else. Since this idea to begin with was NEVER my own, I now encourage someone else to take on the role, however you may go about continuing the SQOTD Legacy!

I won't delete this blog, I won't delete any posts, or anything. I'm keeping this blog up in case people want to come back for old SQOTDs, or what have you. ૮ ˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶ ა

I randomly decided that I'd check this blog today as it's been a while since I've seen anything SQOTD related on my main blog, and have noticed that the queue has run out :( I'm sorry to everyone who loved SQOTD. I have some questions from an Anon that I can queue up, but I probably won't be active otherwise and I may check in in a couple of days to see if there are more Submissions. Thank you if you decide to submit more questions! And Thank you Simblr for all being loving and kind people :D

Hi! I've been rather inactive today (specifically on my main blog) for IRL reasons... and I noticed that the Met Gala happened today... and something much, much more tragic occurred

Today, Gaza was invaded by Israel, and over 1.5 Million Palestinians were told to evacuate. It disgusts me that the Met Gala took place today.

I've had a couple of asks come through essentially asking for my stance on this Genocide (as well as a couple other... interesting messages). I have and always will stand with Palestinians. You are sick, you are twisted and you are revolting if you support Israel.

I'm going to pause my Queue, and there will be no SQOTD Today, I understand it's a little late to make a stand like this, but what's happening is terrible and goes beyond our community's silly concept, I'm going to keep this blog silent tomorrow, silent for the people of Gaza and Palestine, I will reblog some resources for you all to look at, and that will be all from me until the 8th (My time).

With this, I also ask that you refrain from sending new asks to people that involves sharing any previous SQOTDs for all of the 7th (Today), I ask that you respect this decision, all of you are very understanding and I know you guys can handle a day of no SQOTD. And if you do receive a SQOTD, I ask that you ignore it for the time-being at the very least.

If you feel the need to send me an ask or message regarding my stance (specifically to sway me), I am politely asking you to not do that, and to just block me (and/or unfollow me) and leave. There is not an ounce of anything that could possibly sway my opinion.

Hello all, if you haven't read it yet, my previous post (AKA Today's SQOTD!) highlights the resignation of me from this blog. I have been subtly thinking about the question "What do I do with this blog?" in the back of my mind for most, if not all, of June. I have been terribly busy, engaging in activities with loved ones and a lover, and most importantly, taking care of myself, all of which has taken up most of my schedule, I had anticipated this outcome when I started this blog. I knew my schedule would not remain clear enough to run this blog for long, but I have kept it going as strong as I possibly can. I am resigning due to stress, being overworked and trying to live life as much as I can outside of the internet, this role has made me happy, but has progressively become more burdening and progressively making me sadder and sadder the less active I became, however this role also made me more stressed the more active I was, what I'm trying to say is; All along this was a double-edged sword, the more active I was, the more stressed I became, the first strike from the first edge. The less active I was, the more depressed I became, the second strike from the second edge, and I tried to balance this activity out, but frankly? I've just been trying to mend a wound that will never stop bleeding, the falling out of this blog. Sorry! That was all very dramatic. I digress. I still have a very long queue (59 queued questions, besides today's SQOTD and this post), I will let this queue run til she runs dry. This all being said, I do not want to completely abandon this blog, I will continue to check in when I have time, if I see a post in my activity that mentions me, I will reblog it, possibly with nothing more than my reblog tag for time's sake, and if I can, I will try to get TZRs out, but again, I resign, thus meaning that I am under no obligation to go reblog SQOTDs anymore, so it's up to you all! And your SQOTD answering skills to get these questions out if you want them to, of course! :) I've also been getting some nosy anon asks about my identity... once again! So as I leave this blog tonight (as of posting this, it will be day, but as I'm writing this, it's night), I want to say that I will continue to keep my identity hidden, I would love to share who I am but I am severely uncomfortable with the idea of doing so. Please stop asking me, thank you.

I thank you all so so much for all the love and attention to this blog, and all the love directed to me, you are all so kind! So amazing, and so sweet. I log off this blog tonight with a burden off my shoulders and I wish you all so much luck and love in your lives.

I just finished doing my daily routine of sending SQOTDs to people! Off anon for the first time, and I'd just like to say that it took me 50 minutes to send all of those asks... :( This means that I'd have to spend at least 50 minutes to an hour every morning for the next 4-ish days. I would like to continue sending these morning asks but I simply don't have the energy and time to be doing that, so I sadly revoke the SQOTD asks from me, but like I say in my intro, I strongly encourage, and still do encourage, you all to send my daily posts to people!

I would also like to thank you all for the support! I checked this blog halfway through the day yesterday and was surprised to see my activity being so blown up! I am very excited to be doing this, although I am sad about the asks part, everyone's tags on reblogs made me giddy with joy :)!

Last thing, I'm gonna try and add tags to my SQOTDs specifying what type of post it is (Build Q's, CAS Q's, Sim/Sim OC Q's, Gameplay Q's, you get it!). I saw some people say they wanted to answer my asks but they were more oc-oriented, which is true... I suppose that's my fault a little, because I am very bad at figuring out questions for anything but an oc...! Which is why I will again encourage you to send in your own asks (if you want)

Goodness!! I logged into this blog for the first time today and it's come to my attention that I'm one away from 300 followers! My mind has been blown! It truly feels like just yesterday, I was sending you all anonymous asks from my main blog (forever in fear of accidentally not clicking "anonymous") and now there's a whole bunch of you who are so so kind to me and love SQOTD just as much as I love doing this :D

Thank you all for the help, from sending in questions, reblogging/posting your answers, sending questions to mutuals and other simmers, and the like! I greatly appreciate the effort you guys put in, and I thank you for any and all feedback that has been thrown my way to help improve the SQOTD System

Hi all.

SQOTD will continue tomorrow, but unrelated to current world problems, I've started to feel really down and not well, so I'm gonna take the next few days off. I don't have the energy to send SQOTD asks, but I will try and check in and reblog answers, and like I said, questions will resume as usual.

Thank you for your collective participation in keeping SQOTD silent today. As questions resume and as I take a bit of a mental break, I just want to ask you all to resume your usual sending SQOTDs to friends, mutuals and the like.

I've been feeling a little better, but life is getting a little busy and hectic for me (especially as Summer rolls around), so I still am unable to spare time for the SQOTD asks ╯︿╰ Even making sure my TZRs are on time is cutting it close for me. SQOTD isn't stopping, don't worry! I just wanted to make sure most people were updated (❁´◡`❁)

Thank you for still holding up in sending SQOTD asks to your friends/mutuals/etc :) If you get an ask, don't be afraid to tag me! I like seeing and being able to reblog answers! (I try and check the SQOTD tag but the thought often slips my mind unfortunately T_T)

Hihi! I'm gonna be busy tomorrow and probably won't be able to send SQOTD asks in the morning/when I usually do,,, I have to be up around 5-6 AM which is an hour or so after when I'd usually send SQOTD asks,,, I apologize in advance! Hi All! So nice to be seeing you all again :D

Here's another update for the blog: I'm going to, of course, keep sending asks on here! But I will also be posting SQOTDs in a set of RANDOM Simblr inboxes! I just want to emphasize that it is random :) I will probably just do a random number generator and choose somewhere around 5-10 simblrs, and will make sure its different people each day.

Also! I want to mention, since it popped up in an ask, that you can answer the SQOTD whether you were prompted by an ask or not! I would love it if you tagged me as well- You can also answer an ask as many times as you'd like, if you wanted to answer today's SQOTD twice go ahead!! I'm elated to see your answers, and knowing you did them twice, or more, just makes me all the more happy- AND feel free to answer a SQOTD no matter the date at which it was sent/posted, think of this foremost as a daily questions blog, but also think of it as a SQOTD archive!

aaa thank you all for your kind asks!! (Oh boy, how many times have I said that already ;P)

I truly feel bad though because some of you have told me about how you never get asks and the SQOTD asks make your day... Empathy is a cruel trait!! Not really... But it makes me feel a little bad that I can't send you simmers asks!..

I thought about making a google form where you could answer about whether you want to keep getting asks or not (or if you care... I'm not sure I would word it...) and what your tumblr is so I can continue sending those people asks, but I fear some might thing I'm choosing favorites... so worrisome...

My blog has grown quite fast in the day or so that it's had a heart and life,,, So! I ask you guys, what should I do? I suppose I don't have to keep sending asks, I just feel a little bad to suddenly stop doing them ... 😭 Is the google form a good idea? Or... do I just stick to posting them? I'm very flexible!! I promise, I just can't send 150+ asks everyday :(
