The only big wiff is on wired sources: there is just one USB in. It would be great if the product worked with Alexa/Echo. The web interface could also use a bit of refinement: when you have two boxes, you can’t really toggle between them on a computer (but it is easy on a mobile device). 4 sources for 8 zones was already a bit close for us, 4 sources for 14 zones is too few. One issue we have could be solved by future software updates: Although each box can take 4 audio sources, when you link them together (which the boxes do, automatically, without you doing much of anything) you still only get 4 audio sources. With that said, the product isn’t perfect. (Only difference between the 8 and the 6 is that on the 6 two zones are disabled via software: you can pay to have them unlocked in the future.)

A home audio company quoted me $15K for a cabinet full of equipment to do that, Juke did it in two quite small boxes that cost me a total of $2600, and just WORK without any hassle. I have a 14-zone home audio system left over from the prior owner, and wanted to make it operate with my phone, the internet, etc. Would my living room take up 5 out of the 8 zones leaving me with only 3 more zones for my kitchen set and my bedroom set which each have two speakers? So is it 1 speaker per zone? For example in my living room I have 5 Sonos speakers. Although any and all output zones can be turned on for a single input. The only limitation is that only one of Juke's 4 embedded airplay inputs can be set to Airplay2.

Streaming audio to Juke's connected speakers and a separate media room / theater that has speakers powered by an Airplay 2 enabled surround sound receiver.

Incorporating a portable Airplay 2 enabled speaker in an area of a home that does not have wired speakers installed, essentially making an additional output zone of Juke.

Two of the common use cases for this are: The key benefits of Airplay 2 is the ability to stream to Juke and another Airplay 2 enabled device concurrently with the audio playing to those two devices in perfect sync.
