I kind of want to hurl out of excitement because the brilliance of the visit (spending little to no money on lodging since I'm bunking with FRIENDS!!!!) means I'm going to have, god willing, money left over in my travel fund I've been saving and that means I might be able to squeeze in another NYC trip this year... or I can start saving for the trip I want to take my family on next year to [redacted location] which I cannot stop thinking about since I last went and will be writing a fic about. god. things work out.
