I got impatient and noticed someone suggested Roy, and got struck with a bunch of fun ideas. So for the kids, I will do kid designs and adult designs. Here you go, person who suggested Roy! I'll do the first placers after this (which seems to be Ignacio and Kevin.) HCs list (Vague child s/a mention, but I'll still warn y'all just in case)

Young Roy- He steals his mom's eyeliner to get that 'vibe' he likes. He has gotten in trouble a few times with his mom when he's caught. He knows a lot about make up for a boy his age. He needs glasses, but he hates them and wants contacts. His parents think he looks smart in them so they make him wear them. He takes them off in public, which is the reason why he doesn't notice things as fast as his friends do. Hates haircuts. Gave him a backpack, which he carries ships and other illegal (to his parents) goods. The band aid is from tripping while running. Isn't great to have stubby legs.

Older Roy/Roxie. Highschool, Roy started wearing skirts to spite his parents. During his gap year, he started wearing skirts unironically. It was college when he realized he was a she. She forgave her parents for how they've raised her, but she still cut contact with them for the sake of her mental health. Robert helped her find a help group for what happened with her and her uncle. It's helped a lot. Overall a lot happier, but she's still sassy and easy to anger. Took Kevin's job at the candy club after he retires to help pay for her college debt. She's going for an engineering degree I like to think. That is a bit of scruff on her cheeks. She doesn't mind being scruffy despite presenting as female now. Totally in a queerplatonic relationship with Robert and Ross. Roxie isn't as touchy feely cuddly as the other two are to each other, but she's learning to cook to make their favorite stuff so she can get those dorky grins on their faces. Plus, she sneaks them candy from her job.
