#TSR could’ve been the first step to K to consider trusting Z and forgiving him

I feel like K.atara’s forgiving of Z.uko would’ve been more satisfying if she was actually shown how much Z.uko was willing to protect Aang. It would at least convince her that he is on the path of wanting to change. His forgiveness in TSR felt rushed.
#there’s so much more I want to say about this#Z’s an interesting character- don’t get me wrong#but his redemption with K felt rushed#his fieldtrip with K will never match up to the one he had with Aang and Sokka#ventbending#TSR could’ve been the first step to K to consider trusting Z and forgiving him#not doing it immediately right after
