This picture is for the story from the Taiora Co-creation project 2022. The scene was written by @dutchforstrangers. So if you want to know what happens and why Taichi hasn´t his typical haircut, stay tuned! I also thought, that the song "just a kiss" fits the scene quite good, so if you want to feel the mood a little more, it might help ;).

And what do you think about the pictures? I really wanted to find something, that fits Taichi. I also thought that they are a present from Hikari for his apartment :D. I kinda liked the idea how she helped him to decorate everything.

SUMMARY PART II

With Hikari in the hospital giving birth to her and Takeru’s first child, Taichi reflects on his own life. Themes of dating, marriage, babies, and settling down in general are discussed with different people, Sora being constantly present in Taichi’s head during the conversations. As Sora enters the hospital as well, complimenting Taichi on carrying his niece, it makes him weak in the knees, ending in Yamato wondering about what might be going on between the two.

Hikari in turn starts asking Sora questions when she senses something’s off with her. Sora can physically and emotionally feel there’s something different with her too, however, she isn’t ready to confront it yet.

SCENE DESCRIPTIONS FOR PART II

Scene 1 - Taichi & Takeru Taichi and Takeru have a conversation about Hikari and the pregnancy. A very important call interrupts their conversation and they rush to the hospital…

Scene 2 - Hospital Hikari is giving birth and Taichi is nervously pacing in the hallway of the hospital. He has conversations with his parents and Takeru’s about his life and when he will -according to his mother finally- settle down himself…

Scene 3 - Baby wish Hikari has given birth and Taichi can visit, meeting his niece for the first time. The sudden desire of becoming a dad -preferably soon- kicks in hard. When he starts thinking about settling down, for some reason, his mind wanders to Sora. Then Sora enters…

Scene 4 - Compliment Sora was called by Takeru as Hikari’s wish and so she comes to visit the newborn parents and baby. She arrives at the hospital at the same time as Yamato and together they walk in on Taichi holding the baby. Sora compliments Taichi on how the baby looks good on him…

Scene 5 - Uncles Sora beholds how Taichi and Yamato make complete fools of themselves, giving each other tips and tricks on how to hold a baby…

Scene 6 - Taichi & Yamato As the newborn is back with her mother, Yamato and Taichi leave the new parents and Sora alone for a bit. In the hallway, the pair have a conversation about babies, with Yamato wondering about how his friend’s relationship with Sora may have changed…

Scene 7 - Sora & Hikari Takeru lets Sora hold his daughter and Hikari immediately asks Sora how she feels carrying a baby. Sora can’t describe it and gets emotional. Hikari senses there might be something going on and starts asking questions…

Scene 8 - Sick Suddenly Sora starts feeling sick and excuses herself. She heads home, leaving the family alone in the hospital with their newborn. On her walk back, images of Taichi, the baby, and herself begin to flood her mind. Nausea starts to hit Sora hard, but this isn't the first time this week she's been feeling nauseous...

SUMMARY PART I

Taichi decides his hair finally needs a haircut -the night before his early flight to the United States for a UN-meeting. He calls Sora who comes over and cuts his hair, but when she wants to leave, Taichi convinces her to stay for a little longer. That's when a little longer turns into midnight, turns into the entire night and eventually turns into a sweet goodbye in the morning as Taichi leaves for the airport.

On August 1st, Mimi initiates a video call with the group of Chosen Ones where Taichi’s new haircut gets noticed, making everyone’s jaw drop… Except for Sora’s… This makes Mimi raise an eyebrow and so she sets her mind to figuring it all out.

Scene 1 - Question Taichi makes the decision to have his hair cut and calls/texts Sora with the question to come over to 'get it over with'...

Scene 2 - Haircut Sora cuts Taichi's hair...

Scene 3 - Good old times After Sora is done cutting Taichi's hair, she stays for a bit longer. Conversation about the 'good old times' ensue...

Scene 4 - Intimacy at night Sora wants to leave home, but Taichi makes her stay anyway. One things leads to another, Taichi and Sora ending the night cuddled up in each other's arms in bed...

Scene 5 - Morning goodbyes Taichi's alarm goes off early. Eventually Taichi and Sora part ways early in the morning with a (bitter)sweet goodbye...

Scene 6 - August 1st video call 1st of August group video call by @stoppingtosmelltheflowers

Scene 7 - Sora & Mimi As soon as the video call is over, Sora is called by Mimi who has some questions about her reaction to Taichi's shortened hair...

Calling all Taiora content creators and Taiora appreciators

We're looking for you: Fanfic writers, fanart artists, fan brainstormers, playlist creators, edit- and gif makers and so on! Because...

We’re already one month into 2022, but that doesn’t mean it’s too late to start a little Taiora-related year event! And so the ‘All the Taiora Discord Server’ presents: The TAIORA Co-creation project 2022!

The event will be held through the entirety of the year and will be hosted by (and in) the ‘All the Taiora Discord Server’. We could use all the help creating this one big collab piece collecting fanfiction, fanart and even playlists that go along with the mood, memes, edits, gifs and you name it! Not a content creator, but a lover of all things Taiora-content? No problem, brainstorming and/or beta-reading is creating too ;)

As a new UN meeting approaches, Taichi decides to finally get his hair cut. On the night before departure to the States, he calls Sora, her being the only one he trusts with his untamable hair. One thing leads to another and Taichi and Sora have a one-time encounter. But who says one-time can’t lead to more…? A Taiora AU-story about finding love in your friend after an intimate incident.

Here’s the plan: During the past few days we have ‘outlined’ a four chapter fic, following @stoppingtosmelltheflowers's 1st of August videocall headcanon and an ultimate Taiora friends-to-lovers idea that rolled out of it. Every first of the three months (January/February-March, April-June, July-September, October-December) we will drop the outline/idea, in the form of approx 8 scenes/prompts, for the chapter we will work on that quarter year. With this information, fanfic writers can come up with requested scenes, descriptions, dialogue, inner musing or whatsoever. Fanartists can create art and drawings supporting the scenes. Other content creators are free to create content to support the story as well as long as they follow the outline/prompts given for the three months. (IMPORTANT: Not all prompts/scenes will imply romance!)

At the end of every three months, the moderator will compile all the content created into one file or post, making sure everything flows well together. The fanfic/chapters including other content like art and edits will be posted on AO3 and Tumblr! The tag to follow for any kind of update is #TaioraCoCreation2022. It's also allowed to post the content you have created for the prompt by yourself on your blog! If you do so, please tag this accordingly with the #Taiora tag and the #TaioraCoCreation2022 tag.

The event will be tracked in the Taiora Discord Server where you’ll find channels especially for this event. In these channels we will be able to meet up, share ideas and creations and brainstorm together. We would like to plan some brainstorm sessions and create-ins as well, in which we can live stream content-creating-processes and all help each other by creating together, either through text messages or voice! With all this we’ll be able to collaborate and co-create a new story for these two friends (to lovers), making a Taiora year-event the fandom and community hasn’t seen just yet!

Taiora Co-Creation 2022: Update *HIATUS*

Dear all,

With this message I sadly have to announce the intermission of this Taiora project. I can use many words for this, but I'll keep it as short as possible. Due to private circumstances, not enough people interested or participating and recent losses in the Taiora Discord Server, there has been decided to let this project go on an indefinite hiatus for parts 3 and 4 and a delay for parts 1 and 2.

We are trying our best to finish part 1 and we have the intentions to slowly start on part 2 as well somewhere in 2022, but it will not be finished before the end of this year. We don't have enough writers, artists or other content creators who can help us out and with all the different character- and ship weeks/months/years, we can't commit fully to this project.

At least we tried. The idea is great! But it's not the right time, unfortunately.

My own disappointment is immense and I feel like this Digi-ship deserves better and more, but I'm not the right person to carry it all by myself or create content for at this moment and probably a little longer. That personally hurts me a lot... I hope people who have shown interest, have participated in any kind of way or had the intention to participate in later parts will understand. We are grateful for your input!
