TLC shows which technology there's Obsolete (going out of date) Mature (the once that are in the marked, and are still being used) and Emerging (the upcoming technology) This is important due to the considuration that time is a variable, and the fact that its used as a tool for decision making in the pursuit of competitive advantages.
