I'm writing Gyro and Mads' first meeting in my Royalty AU, and honestly it's so funny.

Mads has literally done nothing, he's just sitting there, and Gyro's like-

Gyro disliked the king’s spouse immediately. He had strangely bright green eyes, which looked too intelligent to belong to a creature who had to be stupid. Gyro knew the king had all sorts of people fawning over him, he must’ve just picked the most attractive one to be his companion. Really, this was probably just an idiot commoner the king had picked up off the streets for his looks. Gyro probably had more right to be in such a place of power than this idiot, but of course this one was only chosen because he was ditzy and looked nice. 

MADS IS SERIOUSLY JUST SITTING THERE HE'S BARELY EVEN SAID ANYTHING.
