When He said I could have his isolation and the hate that it brings, I think I always thought He meant external hate directed towards Him. Maybe I’m confusing cause and effect, but I think I isolate myself by hating people who make decisions I can’t handle. If you think my friends don’t deserve human rights (or you think your investments are more important than whether my friends have human rights,) I’ll take the isolation and the hate.
