They use strategy instead #The funniest thing is that Nate is in excellent shape #Both Vince and Amon are going to crash hard from their pre-workout and dry scooping combo #Plus all the aggressive and poorly handled exercises aren't a good idea in the slightest.#Vincent and Sera both need a higher body fat percentage.
