#The one where Thomas Sanders befriended a goddess and dated a God at the same time
Text
I Can't Stop, Apparently
I have too many half-blood AU's but this one is also inspired by the concept of Roman Remus and Remy being triplets so BUCKLE UP!
The one where Thomas Sanders befriended a goddess and dated a God at the same time:
So Athena and Apollo both happen to take interest in the same mortal, so they do the classic God thing and go down to earth disguised as humans to get to know him
Athena likes having him as a friend, he's very intelligent and they can talk about science, philosophy, and all kinds of subjects for hours
Apollo enjoys wooing him and even more so enjoys Thomas reciprocating his feelings and blushing and giggling at Apollo's poems and declarations of love
Eventually they both come clean to him about who they really are and explain what having a child with a mortal entails for each of them and what that child's life would probably be like
It eases Thomas that a child of Athena is born from thoughts alone because, you know, gay
After a while, Athena gives birth to a child at the same time Apollo has twins, from the same father. Apollo and Athena are pretty annoyed to find out their kids share a mortal parent and will grow up together
The kids do indeed grow up together as triplets and when they arrive at camp at 12 years old, they get claimed almost immediately
At this point Remy has already started wearing shades to hide his unusual silver eyes which he gets mocked for, and Roman and Remus are pretty confident in themselves
Remy starts getting along with his godly half siblings and takes his sunglasses off more often inside the cabin
Meanwhile, Roman and Remus find out that while they are born great at all preforming arts, Roman is more of a lover and naturally talented in healing, while Remus is certainly a fighter and takes to archery like its his destiny. Despite both being children of Apollo they have trouble taking to each other's talents, making them feel inadequate in their own cabin, but as long as they have each other they'll be alright
When they are 14 two new kids show up, Patton Hampton and Emile Picani, and while Patton, the lucky son of Tyche, enjoys both the twins' company and even playfully goes along with Remus' flirty banter, despite prefering Roman's company the most, Emile, the beautiful son of Aphrodite, rejects Remus' advances, tries not to show too much enthusiasm when Roman brings up a topic of interest to him, and sticks to Remy and the Athena cabin. He's very nervous at first, having been claimed as soon as you step foot in camp will do that to a demigod, but he seems as though his every step is calculated, like he's trying not to slip up and accidentally do... Something
Eventually after about a year of being best friends with Remy, the cool and clever Athena kid Convinces Emile to let down his guard and allow himself to be whoever he wants, and anyone who thinks he's being an Aphrodite cabin stereotype can go fuck themselves
Later that year, they are 15 and it's the day before the last day of summer, and a new camper shows up. He's lean and tall, he looks very intimidating, he has a big scar on the side of his face, and he has an air about him, an Aura that brings confusion and dismay wherever he goes
And for the first time in his life, Patton meets someone who makes it so his first instinct is to punch them in the face rather than give them a big warm hug
Needless to say, Patton, the son of Tyche who was blessed by Hestia, and Cecil, the son of Nemesis who was blessed by Eris, do not get along very well. The two can usually be found bickering and arguing like a married couple almost at any point in time, it's as hilarious as it is annoying
Cecil Sauer is a very sarcastic and bitter person, he only trusts skills, plans, and himself. Like most children of Nemesis he thinks good luck is a scam which, like most scams in this world, benefits only those who are already at an advantage, making it an unfair perk for them to have. And a child of Nemesis doesn't let unfairness go unpunished
Less than a year goes by as the very first day of the next summer, a new camper joins and despite being anxiety ridden almost every second of the day, the moment he steps onto the arena it's like he becomes a completely different person
Roman has to admit, it's pretty hot how he looks so much in his element when he's fighting, even if that's usually his brother's type
Once the emo has let out some steam he gets claimed by his godly father, and Virgil Kelsey goes to rest in his new cabin, claiming his rightful place as a child of Ares by taking a dang nap
Our story starts on the triplets' 5th year of camp. They and all their friends are 17 and a new visitor arrives at camp, but something is clearly, very wrong
The visitor is a mortal
So now Logan Fletcher has to navigate this crazy world of Gods, satyrs, and demigods, all while trying to figure out what brought him there and why? How exactly does he fit in to all of this?
