#Pray 4 me i need this job so bad lmfao#My brother in law is leaving in a month and my boss called me in to tell me 'don't worry we'll find more help'#'I have 3 ads out and am gonna borrow people from a few guys i know'#I just found his ad and they're requiring 3-5 yrs auditing experience in a cpa firm y'all are fucking delusional#They're giving me a pay raise but the listing offers 100k-125k and i def ain't making that much rn jfc#They'd better give me 120k considering i have 4 years experience now in the same firm lmfao#No one wants to work in accounting right now. They've already been looking to fill this position for years now#Every time they find someone the person pulls out last minute bc they find a place with better pay lol#Idk if they're giving me a raise tho working in a firm is so limited. I'm already a senior accountant#Thats it in terms of title promotion#The only thing higher is a fucking manager or partner lmfao#I want something that i can continue to move up and challenges me
