I really love the old Tomb Raider games because they start off as your run-of-the-mill archaeologist exploration games and by the end you're fighting the egyptian god Set and the immortal God-Queen of Atlantis

Wētā Workshop 'Tomb Raider The Lost Valley' Statue
Announced on October 25th 2020 when Weta Workshop revealed a piece of concept art for their upcoming project, this 1:4 scale statue was available for pre-order from April 19th 2021 to May 3rd 2021 for UK £1,248.05. It was a made to order item, so its limited number was determined by how many people ordered it, which was 950. Its dimensions are: W40.6cm x H80cm x L44.4cm, and it weighs 12.61kg. Its description on the website is: 'While running through the Lost Valley one must be swifter than a raptor, and mightier than the tyrant lizard king. During her voyage through the Lost City of Vilcabamba, Lara found herself in a valley teeming with danger; calmness and cunning had never been so critical. With her trusty dual pistols and aerobatic flair, Lara perfected the ability to attack whilst on the go. Of course, no one leaves the valley completely unscathed. Our latest sculpt of Lady Croft captures all the details of her dangerous adventure, including every last cut and bruise.'. It is made from high-quality polystone and was sculpted by Gary Hunt.
Despite being a made to order item, there are still a few statues remaining on the official Wētā Workshop website, in the New Zealand, European and American warehouses. They are priced at NZ $2,404.12 / €1,447.77 / US $1,499.00, excluding taxes and shipping.

and finally this here is our main
Christmas gift! I was suppose to
get this last year for Christmas
but apparently it was pushed back due
to the whole virus situation then I was
told I was going to get it for my Birthday
then I was told I wasn't? and then it
was never mentioned of again in this house
so I thought I wasn't going to get it
after all which seemed kinda mean to tell
me I was getting it twice and then not
giving it to me. but what can I say
anyway it floated to the back of my mind
it would have been great to go with
the Queen of the Jungle one but
that's ok..
Then once everything else was opened
this monstrosity was brought out
and it is huge! the box itself is
huge its like 2-3 feet high and
2-3 feet square when it was brought
out and the reason I didn't receive it
on my birthday was apparently it was
lost in the mail?
I don't know how they managed to do that
I could see it if it was a letter or
a small package
but because of the size of the box and
it weighs like 30lbs how could you
loose it? but I was told the whole story
about it. How the Tracking number
was wrong and it was tracking a completely
different package and the phone calls and
emails that were made and sent and all this
stuff and them searching for it for it
to find out were it went/was
I can say this had quite the harrowing
journey to finally get to here and be
handed to me for Christmas
but I am over the moon for getting it
now and it will be displayed proudly in
the living room. It is the most expensive
collectable I have ever and probably will
ever own in my life.
anyway..
Here is what the front of the box looks like
and the side It shows the statue.
and then it has a lil flap that opens
and there is a really nice write up
on creating the statue on the box
and on the other side it has another
nice write up about the Lost Valley
lvl and its history which was cool
and finally on the back there is a
nice full size picture of the artwork
this statue is based on which is really
nice.

Tomb Raider CC TS3 by BonaQua (deactivited creator from livesims.ru)
Friends, more and more often we are faced with the fact that a lot of creators disappear, are deleted and disappear, and with them, great CC for our Sims disappear. So let's save what's left and share with others?!
This set is a set of clothes and accessories made by the author from the Russian Federation (unfortunately, the original resource is no longer there, I hope site maybe fix, but I`m not sure), so save it for yourself and upload it to other file hosting blogs to share with others and preserve the legacy of Lara Croft
So... If you support this initiative and you also have similar content that is no longer exists or only one resource, then copy the tag "Preserving the legacy of creators sims3" and reblog and share from another source

On the 1st of June, sixteen years ago, Lara Croft Tomb Raider: Anniversary was released in Europe for Microsoft Windows and PlayStation 2.
Anniversary is a remake of the first Tomb Raider game, originally released in 1996.
Taking place before the events of 2006's Tomb Raider: Legend, Anniversary follows series protagonist Lara Croft's quest for the Scion of Atlantis. Gameplay features Lara navigating linear levels, fighting enemies and solving puzzles to progress.
Following the completion of Legend, Crystal Dynamics began developing Anniversary. Using the Legend engine, the team rebuilt the gameplay and levels, and series cocreator Toby Gard expanded the narrative. Composer Troels Brun Folmann remade and added to the music using an orchestral style.
Upon release, Anniversary received generally positive reviews from critics who deemed it a worthy remake of the original game, though some criticism was aimed at the game's graphics and occasional technical issues. While it reached high positions in sales charts, the game would become the worst selling entry in the franchise, selling just 1.3 million copies worldwide compared to the original game's 7 million.

The Lost Valley - Tomb Raider Anniversary
This was a pretty big piece for me with so many scenery elements but I love how it turned out. This piece is specifically stylised after TRA in colour and visual choices, but obviously this happens in TR1 as well.
