Dann rief mich mein Autohaus an und die Welt sah anders aus. Und ich hatte ein Problem! Was mache ich mit dem fast fertigen Bericht? Was ist mit meinem Magengluckern? Aber der Reihe nach. Wie so viele gab ich in einem Eisenacher Opelhaus den Leasing-Auftrag für einen E-Corsa ab. Lieferzeit voraussichtlich November 2022... solange würde mein alter Dacia auch noch durchhalten. Die Monate vergingen, abgesehen davon das ich was unterschrieben hatte, war nix zu hören oder sehen. Und die Tendenz auf dem Markt mit immer weiter sinkenden Anmeldungen für E-Corsa sagte mir: Das wird 2022 nichts mehr. Allein die Tatsache das die Lieferung nicht mehr in 2022 erfolgt kostet mich 1.500 Euro. Die Förderprämie sinkt in 2023 von 6.000 auf 4.500 Euro, zum Glück war Opel so fair und hat alle anderen Zahlen festgetackert. Trotzdem kommt man sich als Kunde veralbert vor, das die Prämie an den Tag der Zulassung geheftet ist, wohl wissend das es durch die Branche Lieferprobleme gibt. Corona, Ukarine-Krieg oder sei es Hausgemachtes, zu dem ich später noch komme. Mit den 1.500 Euro hatte ich mich bei der Unterschrift schon abgefunden. Politik und Verbraucherorientiert? Das sieht man ja bei den Heizkosten, wo alles erstmal nur aufs Gas guckt, aber Menschen mit anderweitigen Heizungen, trotz teils höheren Kostensteigungen erst weiterhin hinten runter gefallen wären. Ich sass also zwischen allen Stühlen. Einen vierstelligen Betrag in ein Auto stecken, was eigentlich geistig abgeschrieben ist? Für mehrere Monate auf ein Auto verzichten? Oder den Leasingvertrag verballern und auf dem Markt was anderes suchen? Aber geht das so einfach? Normalerweise kommt man aus einem Leasingvertrag nicht so einfach raus. Ein Punkt ist die Nichtlieferung, des avisierten Töff-Töffs. Hier muss man aber gucken, was steht im Vertrag? Steht ein fixer Termin drin, ist das Auto zu diesem Termin fällig, dann kann man auch die Pistole auf die Brust setzen. In 99% der Fälle wird aber kein fixer Termin, sondern wie bei mir "ca. November 2022" drin stehen. Hier muss man nach Ablauf des Monats eine Inverzugsetzung schriftlich an den Leasinggeber und am besten auch an das Autohaus gesendet werden. Die Nachfrist regelt der unterschriebene Vertrag. Meist kommen hier die üblichen 6 Wochen zur Anwendung. In der Regel droht man an nach frustvollen Ablauf der Frist, den Vertrag zu stornieren und behält sich Schadensersatzansprüche vor. Bei meinem Beispiel hätte dies bedeutet das ich Mitte Januar aus dem Vertrag raus gewesen wäre. Ein paar Fallstricke gibt es hier noch. Ist höhere Gewalt im Spiel, kann sich die Frist von 6 Wochen auf mehrere Monate verlängern. Dies war z. B. bei Corona der Fall, kann aber auch eine Rolle spielen, wenn man den Vertrag wenige Tage vor dem Ukraine-Krieg unterschrieben hat. Und ein möglicher Schaden muss nachgewiesen werden. Spätestens hier sollte ein Anwalt zum Einsatz kommen. Gegebenenfalls kann man hier bei der Rechtschutzversicherung nachfragen, so man KfZ-Rechtschutz hat, einfacher Vertragsrechtschutz reicht hier leider nicht aus. Fakt ist: Es läuft hier einiges derzeit schief und das quer durch die Branche. Bis kurz vor dem Liefertermin, wissen die wenigsten Kunden wann ihr Auto denn nun kommt. Wenn sich was verzögert ist das oft nicht schlimm, es müsste nur konkret kommuniziert werden. Leider gibt es hier, nicht nur bei Opel, meist nur das Schweigen im Walde. Wer nun dem Autohaus hier Fahrlässigkeit unterstellt und seinen Unwillen hier ablädt, ist im Regelfall an der falschen Adresse. Denn der Händler weiß oft genug, nicht mehr als der Kunde. Besonders schlimm ist es für den Händler, wenn der Hersteller Sonderaktionen fährt. Bei Opel wurde eine 40-Jahre Corsa-Edition herausgegeben. Das Pikante: Die Version kam recht spät im Laufe des Jahres auf dem Markt und alle dieser Bestellungen sind mittlerweile schon ausgeliefert, während sich im Internet genug Kunden tummeln die teilweise über ein Jahr auf ihr neues Auto warten. Bei meinem gestrigen Telefonat mit meinem Autohaus, musste der Verkaufsleiter mir bestätigen, das man so Sachen keinem Kunden vermitteln kann. Das Problem ist: Derzeit herrscht ein Anbietermarkt. Heißt: Auf jeden Vertrag der Storniert wird kommen gefühlt 10 Leute die diesen Vertrag mit Kusshand übernehmen. Solange es so läuft, haben die Hersteller natürlich kaum Interesse daran etwas zu ändern. Warum auch, die verkaufen derzeit Autos ohne Ende. Etwas anderes wäre es, wenn man wirklich um jeden Käufer kämpfen müsste. Für meinen Teil habe ich Glück im Unglück. Mein Corsa-e soll Ende Januar aus der Fertigung kommen und wird voraussichtlich im Februar bei meinem Händler stehen. Meinen Dacia werde ich trotzdem nicht mehr durch den TÜV bringen müssen, da mein Händler mir aus einem Programm was diesen Monat ausläuft, einen Leihwagen zur Verfügung stellen wird, bis mein neuer corsa da ist. Mein Tipp daher: Sprecht frühzeitig über die Optionen mit Euerem Händler. Will dieser Abtauchen, setzt ihm die Pistole auf die Brust: Lieferung, Alternativlösung oder der Vertrag stirbt. Ist der Händler seriös und kundenorientiert, wird er eine Lösung finden, die in beider Seiten Interesse ist, denn im Zweifel wird er Euch nicht als Kunden verlieren wollen. Und immer dran denken: Oft genug weiß der Händler nicht mehr als ihr. Er ist zwar Euer Ansprechpartner vor Ort, aber hier persönlich und unsachlich zu werden, ist weder am richtigen Platz, noch das es der Sache gerecht wird. NATO to Provide Ukraine Air Defenses

LOS ANGELES (OnlineColumnist.com), Oct. 20, 2022.--Complaining about Iran delivering kamikaze drones and surface-to-air missiles to Russia, NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg announced today that the 30-member alliance will deliver air defense systems to Ukraine.  Yet the U.S. and NATO have condemned Iran’s delivery of Iran’s kamikaze drones AKA Shahed-136 to Russia, prompting denials from Russia and Iran.  But why is it OK for the U.S. and NATO to supply Ukraine sophisticated lethal weapons but not OK for Iran or China to do the same for Russia?  Whatever the double standard, Russia has its allies much like the U.S., depending on allies to supply arms-and-cash to defeat the Russian Federation.  So as long as there’s an active war between the U.S. and Russia, it’s unrealistic to think that Russia’s allies, just like Ukraine’s, wouldn’t provide whatever cash-and-weapons their ally would need to win the war.

When it comes to the Russian Federation, 79-year-old President Joe Biden doesn’t think 70-year-old Russian President Vladimir Putin has a right to defend himself from the U.S. and NATO alliance giving everything to Ukraine except troops and a no-fly-zone. So when questioning why the U.S. and NATO view Ukraine as a close ally, why has the U.S. and NATO not committed troops or a no-fly-zone to Ukraine? Ukarine’s 44-year-old President Voldymyr Zelensky has begged for NATO membership or U.S. and NATO troops from Day 1, Feb. 24 of the conflict.  Western nations and the press condemn Iran for supplying their kamikaze drones and surface-to-air missiles, something the U.S. and NATO do readily for Ukraine.  As long as an active war between the U.S. and Russia goes on, there’s no way to restrict where the weapons come from.  Iran has cultivated close ties to the Kremlin.

Iran and Russia have much in common today, considered pariah regimes by the West for various war interests.  Russian used to have cooperative relations with the U.S. until Biden decided to wage proxy war against the Russian Federation.  Whatever the reason given by Biden for picking Ukraine over the Russian Federation, Ukraine offers the U.S. no strategic benefit to U.S. foreign policy.  Zelensky has warned the West of Russia’s attempt at genocide against the Ukrainian people.  Zelensky accuses Putin of seeking to reestablish the old Soviet Union, taking over current NATO countries in Eastern Europe.  Zelensky tells the West routinely that if they stopped fighting Russia, it would soon take over Eastern Europe, in former Soviet republics.  Giving every excuse why the West should commit troops and a no-fly-zone, Zelensky has no problem asking the U.S. and NATO for cash and military help.

With all the West’s sanctions on Iran, they have sought closer ties to the Russian Federation, hoping to gain access to the BRICS economic bloc, including Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa.  Iran’s decision to defy the White House and supply Russia with Shahed-136 drones and surface-to-air missiles will no doubt result in more sanctions, something that’s hurt Iran economically, especially with its global oil business.  “Russia’s deepening alliance with Iran is something the whole world, especially those in the region and across the world frankly, should be seen as a threat and something that any country should pay very close attention to,” said State Department Spokesman Verdant Patel.  Should the world, especially allies of Russia, be concerned about the Ukraine’s growing ties to the U.S. and NATO?  When it comes to war, both sides have allies, regardless of differing loyalties

India’s Prime Minister Narenda Modi and Chinese President Xi Jinping told Putin that he should wrap up the war at the earliest possible time.  Both Russian allies oppose the war, while, at the same time, supporting their ally, the same way the U.S. and NATO support Ukraine.  Some military experts indicate that Russia is running out of weapons to fight the Ukraine war, now going to allies for more weapons.  North Korean dictator Kim Jong-up offered Putin more ballistic missiles if he needs them.  As long as the war trundles on, both sides can expect to get weapons from various places.  Why Biden thinks he can limit Putin’s access to weapons from his allies in anyone’s guess?  No one questions Ukraine’s right to get weapons from every source available.  But given the no-holds-barred nature of the war, it seems that both sides should take advantage of active efforts to move the conflict to peace table.

Ranting about where Putin gets his weapons to prosecute the Ukraine War is a bit like the pot calling the kettle black.  Both sides get weapons from their allies, with Russia now getting some ballistic weapons help from Iran.  If the war morphs into WW III, something dreaded in Europe, there’s no question that China and India could commit troops and weapons to the Russian Federation.  Many countries do not agree with Biden’s attempt to topple the Russia government or, as 69-year-old Defense Minister Lloyd Austin says, to degrade the Russian military to the point it can no longer wage war.  Whatever differences with Ukraine, the war is not worth fighting WW III on the European Continent or certainly not waging nuclear war.  U.S. and NATO have been negligent over the last eight months on working feverishly with U.N. peacemakers to end the war at the earliest possible time.
