According to the 2017 Pew Research report, "Seniors are also more likely than those in other age groups to say they need others to show them how to use new devices." This is a barrier to their access because many seniors do not have other people to show them how to use new devices. Additionally, their friend-groups likely consist mostly of other seniors, who may also need help.
