Another TIM with a history of domestic violence is using the courts to to play victim
By Anna Slatz January 12, 2024
A trans-identified male is suing the City of New York after he was placed in a men’s detention center while awaiting transfer to another state on charges related to domestic violence. Ali Miles, formerly known as Dylan Miles, is demanding over $22,000,000 in compensation for discrimination on the basis of his gender identity.
Miles, who identifies as a Muslim woman, was incarcerated at the George R. Vierno Center on Rikers Island from June to July of 2022. His custody was a holding prior to his transfer to another state, as he had warrants for his arrest in the state of Arizona. He was then transferred to Yavapai County Jail where he was ultimately tried and found guilty of two counts of aggravated harassment per domestic violence, a Class 5 felony, for instances dated in November 2021 and February 2022.
He was also found guilty of disorderly conduct, harassment, threatening or intimidating, and false reporting to a law enforcement agency, which are all Class 1 misdemeanors.
In October of 2022, he was placed on supervised probation for a period of three years and sentenced to 312 days in jail, with credit added for the 132 days he had already been held there. Miles was also subject to a domestic violence assessment.
But Miles is now taking to the court to sue to the City of New York for detaining him with other males while he was awaiting transfer to Arizona. The suit argues that Miles faced discrimination, assault, and human rights violations after being placed with men.
Tumblr media
From the lawsuit filed by Miles on August 24, 2023.
While asserting that he “wears women’s clothing and in all appearance expresses as a person of the female gender,” the filing argues that Miles was housed in a male facility at Rikers despite allegedly having a court order directing his placement to the female unit.
The suit reveals that following his arrest, Miles informed a judge that he was transgender, and required special housing accommodations to which a judge reportedly agreed. The court file and orders were then marked to notify the prison and their Intake Personnel that Miles was to be housed in the female section of Rikers, but he was not.
“As Miles approached the inside of the building, Miles realized it was a male jail which caused shock, panic and fright to Miles,” the suit reads, referring to Miles using feminine pronouns. “Miles requested and pleaded … that as an LGBTQIA+ individual who was transgendered, she required and needed an accommodation, and that she should not be placed in a male population jail.”
Miles then alleges that a prison staff member said “we don’t do the trans thing here.” He was then strip-searched by a male guard he alleges told him that he had “nice tits” and “one hell of a pussy.” This is despite Miles not having had any known genital surgeries.
Tumblr media
Miles continues that he was routinely harassed, “misgendered” and subjected to humiliation during his detention at the George R. Vierno Center. In particular, Miles emphasizes his “sexual victimization” by multiple “African American male” inmates as a result of his placement in a male facility, one of which he alleges sodomized him using butter as lubricant.
Miles is seeking a minimum of $22,000,000 in compensation for the various mistreatments he claims, arguing that the prison’s “unlawful conduct was a direct result of Rikers’ pervasive practices, and customs of discrimination, deliberate indifference, against transgender people.”
Miles is a prolific litigant, and, as previously reported by Reduxx, has filed a number of suits alleging discrimination by various businesses.
In May of 2023, Miles filed a lawsuit against a New York yoga studio seeking compensation of $5,000,000 after employees reportedly asked him to use the men’s restroom instead of the women’s.
In the suit, Miles alleged that the personnel at Chelsea Yoga “deprived [him] of his civil rights because he is gay, undergoing a gender transition, and because Miles does not conform to … gender-based preferences, expectations, or stereotypes about how a man/woman should dress and conduct himself/herself.”
But shortly after that suit was launched, Reduxx learned that Miles had filed at least four other lawsuits, making similar claims of victimization in each.

In February of 2022, Miles filed a civil action for $75,000 in compensation against Sedona Soul Adventures, an Arizona-based business he had previously worked for. Miles alleged that the tourism company had wrongfully terminated his employment shortly after he was hired after subjecting him to “gender identity-based harassment and discrimination.” The suit was dismissed after an out-of-court agreement was reached.
One month later, Miles filed two separate civil actions — one against Planet Fitness and one against Bagel Point, both, again, on the basis of “gender identity-based harassment and discrimination.” In both, Miles represented himself, and failed to use consistent pronouns, often calling himself “Mr. Miles.”
In his poorly-written civil action, Miles alleged that staff at a Planet Fitness threatened to sound the “lunk alarm” on him for entering the women’s facilities, and used a slur when referring to him. The “lunk alarm” is a fixture seen at most Planet Fitness gyms intended to provide a humorous “warning” to those being too loud or obnoxious in the gym.
Miles demanded compensation of $10,000,000 from Planet Fitness, but the suit was ultimately dismissed after he failed to file the appropriate paperwork and pay $402 in filing fees as requested by the court.
In his action against Bagel Point, a cafe in Brooklyn, Miles sought $75,000 in damages alleging he had been wrongfully terminated and subjected to verbal abuse on the basis of his gender identity.
Miles had been an employee of Bagel Point for a short period of time, during which he claimed the owner, a Muslim woman, had referred to him using slurs and mocked his gender identity, as well as crafting “unsubstantiated” complaints about his performance. The action, which was poorly written and rife with spelling errors, was dismissed by the court once again after Miles failed to file the appropriate paperwork and pay $402 in filing fees.
In yet another suit, Miles sought compensation from New York Presbyterian Hospital, once again claiming to have faced discrimination on the basis of his gender identity. The suit was dismissed and an appeal was not filed.
Though it is unclear when Miles began to identify as a woman, he appears to have converted to Islam around the same time. On his social media pages, he has alluded to learning Arabic and following various Islamic teachings.
Tumblr media
While Miles’ past cases were quickly snuffed out of the court system, his most recent suit against the City of New York appears to be proceeding. Having previously represented himself unsuccessfully, Miles has retained an attorney for this suit who has requested the case be referred to the court’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Program (ADR). The ADR is an alternative mediation-style arrangement targeted at speeding up settlement.
On January 10, the lawyers for the City of New York requested a time extension to review the details of the case, with the next hearing being set for February 22.

An alleged squatter in Arizona was arrested after illegally moving into a dead man’s home and selling the man’s SUV, a local sheriff’s office said.
The Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office said they arrested Michael Macinnis, 45, on Jan. 3 on multiple felony charges, including allegedly selling a dead man’s 2005 Chevy Tahoe by forging documents to make it appear he was the legal owner.
Investigators said that Macinnis illegally moved into the unidentified dead man’s Cordes Lakes home in May 2023 and had been "squatting" in the home while allegedly forging car documents "to make it appear he was the estate’s personal representative," the sheriff’s office said in a Thursday press release. The legal homeowner had died "some months before" Macinnis allegedly moved in, authorities said.
Macinnis is accused of forging documents to sell the Tahoe to a resident of Flagstaff, located roughly 80 miles north of Cordes Lakes.
Authorities said Macinnis resisted arrested on Jan. 3, "including slamming a metal door on a deputy’s wrist" and reportedly swallowing dozens of fentanyl pills.
"They were finally able to take him into custody and were told he had perhaps swallowed up to 40 fentanyl pills prior to his arrest, and then had purged his stomach of the drugs. Deputies say on the way to jail he was increasingly incoherent and drowsy, was administered NarCan by jail medical staff, and then taken by ambulance to the hospital," the sheriff’s office wrote in its press release.
He was later released from the hospital and charged with nine felonies, such as aggravated assault on law enforcement and charges related to the forgery and fraud allegations.
Squatter incidents have cropped up across the U.S. – and around the world – in recent years, with suspects typically targeting homes where the rightful owners are away for extended periods of time, such as vacation homes or rentals.
Properties belonging to deceased individuals have also been targeted by suspected squatters, reports show.
Last year, police in Tulsa, Oklahoma, arrested alleged squatters who moved into a house where the homeowner and tenant had recently died. In Las Vegas in 2021, police made a disturbing discovery at a private property: the remains of the elderly female homeowner in a shallow grave. Police said squatters reportedly moved into the home, found the woman’s body, dismembered and buried the woman, and continued living in the home.

AT&T…
Good ol Blue Bell, ever watchful and listening. Company dates all the way back to the invention of the telephone in 1877 by Alexander Graham Bell. I wonder what he would make of it today. I wonder if hacking and harassing people ever entered his mind.
Anyways, three years ago I was developing my first webcam model website and had a AT&T business account when I had 4 iPhones and a Nighthawk hotspot go missing. I had Assurion as well as Apple One insurance coverage on all devices. Did you know there are two different kinds of AT&T retail stores; corporate and non-corporate. After my devices were stolen I went to a AT&T corporate store and was told my bill had been run up to $5,000. They promised me that they would help me but there’s was a catch I had to pay them $5,000. WTF. I will add more details here later but I finally reached the right department at AT&T. They told me there would be no insurance coverage because the policy was only active for 30 days after the loss had occurred. But what they will provide me is all of the transactional level detail from all the devices on my account. This will include incoming and outgoing telephone calls (with numbers) as well as data usage by device. I think it should be very interesting to review these details and see what shakes out.
Here is the thing picture rock hacking crew, I paid a shit ton of money to all these communications, internet and housing companies. Now I have some time where I will not be homeless and feel sort of safe. I know I am still being hacked but I have power, food, shelter and can even brush my teeth and take a daily shower. We are going to see how much of the past I can piece together. It will all be documented.
02-02-2024
Made appointment to go to AT&T corporate store to get printout of all my account details including device / phone number level phone calls, data usage, etc.. Unfortunately Yavapai is “short staffed” for the third time this week where I have done everything which is required of me during the day and have repeatedly went to the office at 4pm to ask for a ride to At&T. I have not gotten upset but it is ridiculous. Just saw the dosing van zoom off. So if I am a junkie and need my methadonf or sub box on I can get a ride. If I am trying to go collect evidence on people who stole from me I am fucked. Makes perfect sense to me doesn’t it you. What I have a little trouble with is the short staffing a term you will hear all the time in Tucson? Arizona especially in places like the county jail, community college, DES office; essentially any entity which receives some kind of government money. The place I am at is required to take me places on the first 30 days I am here, period. I also asked if I could get a set appointment, nope the advice I received is to keep checking back at 4pm everyday. What kind of fucked up place are they running here exactly. It isn’t any kind of place I would recommend that is if you are looking for something which is reliable and you can depend on. So really it is no different dealing with the staff here or the junkies on the street. All are unreliable. No matter what kind of fucked up shit they pull on me I will not get upset, I’m going to document it as best and as soon as I can. One day I’m going to fully understand WTF is going on in this gangstalking community of mind readers and spirits. And when that day comes and they put a microscope on this community and start turning over every blade of scamming, stealing and fraudulent bullshit that goes on down here your going to wish you had left me alone and not hacked me.

Another man trying to make a name for himself, and some money, by harassing women the woke way.
A man who identifies as transgender and has a disturbing criminal record is suing a New York yoga studio for $5 million in compensation after he alleges employees asked to use the men’s restroom instead of the women’s. Dylan Miles, who uses the name Ali Miles, filed the discrimination suit against Chelsea Traditional Hot Yoga on May 15.
Using a mixture of masculine and feminine pronouns to refer to himself, Miles alleges that the personnel at Chelsea Yoga “deprived [him] of his civil rights because he is gay, undergoing a gender transition, and because Miles does not conform to … gender-based preferences, expectations, or stereotypes about how a man/woman should dress and conduct himself/herself.”
Tumblr media
The incident is said to have occurred on May 4, when, at approximately 4:00 in the afternoon, Miles appeared at the studio to participate in a yoga class scheduled for the following hour.
According to the suit, Miles proceeded to tell the manger and owner of the studio about his “gender status”, and stated that he “most closely aligned with female gender identity,” and that he would like to use the women’s restroom and locker room on the premises.
Management informed Miles that he would not be permitted to use the women’s facilities. However, after attending the yoga class, Miles proceeded to enter first the restroom, and then the women’s locker room. At this point, the suit states, “female patrons complained and yelled at Miles about Miles’ presence and use of the single-sex locker room and bathroom labelled Women, and they demanded Miles leave and cease using the facilities.”
He then alleges that while “feeling shame, humiliation, and frustration,” he was escorted to the facilities designated for men, and was therefore “forced to use a locker room and bathroom that was not most closely aligned with Miles’ gender.”
Miles believes he is entitled to financial compensation “in an amount to be determined at trial … not expected to be less than $5,000,000 … based upon their willful, extreme, wrongful, and outrageous conduct,” the court filing reads.
Liberal outlet The Daily Beast was first to bring details of the suit to public attention in a short article categorized as “discrimination” which used “she/her” pronouns for Miles, and declined to use a photo of him.
Yet despite his claim of victimhood, Reduxx can reveal that Miles has a history of stalking and harassment charges lodged against him in Yavapai County, Arizona, before he relocated to New York State.
Dylan Miles, who calls himself Ali and identifies as a Muslim woman, was previously listed in court records as Dylan Peter Busa Miles, a name and past which can be corroborated with hand-drawn sketches he uploaded to his Facebook account.
One post from May 5, just one day after the incident Miles alleges took place at the yoga studio, depicts a frantic pencil sketch of a faceless figure and is captioned, “I sketched this while in custody in Yavapai County Jail. I hope to extrapolate it on a canvas soon.”
Tumblr media
On October 26, 2022, Miles was found guilty of two counts of aggravated harassment per domestic violence, a class five felony, for instances dated in November 2021 and February 2022.
He was also found guilty of disorderly conduct, harassment, threatening or intimidating, and false reporting to a law enforcement agency, which are all class one misdemeanors.
He was placed on supervised probation for a period of three years and sentenced to 312 days in Yavapai County Jail, with credit added for the 132 days he had already been held there. Miles was also subject to a domestic violence assessment. Three counts of stalking with the fear of death against family or pets were dismissed by the court, as were three counts of threatening and intimidation with injury or damage to property.
The lawsuit against the Yoga studio is also not the first time Miles has launched a lawsuit complaining of “discrimination.”
Reduxx has located four other suits filed Miles alleging discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity, all of which were filed in rapid succession during a two-month span last year.
In February of 2022, Miles filed a civil action for $75,000 in compensation against Sedona Soul Adventures, an Arizona-based business he had previously worked for. Miles alleged that the tourism company had wrongfully terminated his employment shortly after he was hired after subjecting him to “gender identity-based harassment and discrimination.” The suit was dismissed after an out-of-court agreement was reached between Miles and Sedona Soul Adventures.
On March 7 of 2022, Miles filed two separate civil actions — one against Planet Fitness and one against Bagel Point, both, again, on the basis of “gender identity-based harassment and discrimination.” In both, Miles represented himself, and failed to use consistent pronouns, often calling himself “Mr. Miles.”
In his poorly-written civil action, Miles alleged that staff at a Planet Fitness threatened to sound the “lunk alarm” on him for entering the women’s facilities, and used a slur when referring to him. The “lunk alarm” is a large fixture seen at most Planet Fitness gyms intended to provide a humorous “warning” to those being too loud or obnoxious in the gym.
Miles also alleges that a member of the Planet Fitness staff named “Diamond” had tried to “coerce” him into going “straight sexually.”
Tumblr media
Miles demanded compensation of $10,000,000 from Planet Fitness, but the suit was ultimately dismissed after he failed to file the appropriate paperwork and pay $402 in filing fees as requested by the court.
In his action against Bagel Point, a cafe in Brooklyn, Miles sought $75,000 in damages alleging he had been wrongfully terminated and subjected to verbal abuse on the basis of his gender identity.
Miles had been an employee of Bagel Point for a short period of time, during which he claimed the owner, a Muslim woman, had referred to him using slurs and mocked his gender identity, as well as had crafted “unsubstantiated” complaints about his performance. The action, which was poorly written and rife with spelling errors, was dismissed by the court once again after Miles failed to file the appropriate paperwork and pay $402 in filing fees.
In his final action of 2022, Miles filed a lawsuit against the New York Presbyterian Hospital, once again claiming to have faced discrimination on the basis of his gender identity.
Reduxx reviewed the bizarre court records from the suit, during which Miles represented himself. Miles claimed that, while undergoing pain management treatment at the Hospital, specialists routinely verbally abused him and denied him proper care on the basis of his gender identity.
In one claim, Miles alleges that a pain management doctor at the hospital called him a “[sic] fagot” every time he injected him with trigger point pain medication.
Tumblr media
In another, Miles alleged a separate anesthesiologist called him a “tranny faggot” while administering an epidural.
Miles also asserted that doctors at the hospital had taken issue with his identity as a Muslim transgender woman, and that the hospital had a “scheme” to make him “suffer” with chronic pain.
Tumblr media
Miles’ suit against New York Presbyterian Hospital was dismissed and an appeal was not filed.
Miles’ lengthy track record of filing baseless discrimination suits recalls a similar saga involving a Canadian trans-identified male who rose to international infamy after attempting to force local estheticians to provide waxing services to his male genitalia.
Jessica Yaniv, also known as Jessica Simpson, is a trans-identified male from British Columbia who filed civil actions and human rights claims against dozens of people and businesses between 2018 and 2021 claiming discrimination on the basis of his gender identity. Amongst those Yaniv pursued for damages were multiple local salons owned by primarily immigrant women of Muslim or Sikh faith. It was later speculated that Yaniv had strategically pursued those salons in an effort to target women who would have had a religious objection to handling his male genitals or being alone in a room with him.
Yaniv was later classified as a “frequent litigant” by the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal, which noted that Yaniv had a pattern of filing a large number of complaints and then withdrawing them when the respondent mounted a defense.

An Arizona mother was praised for springing into action and saving her daughter from an intruder in their house.
The registered sex offender, identified as 54-year-old Lloyd Beard of Prescott, was arrested after deputies found him lying on the ground with his pants down.
The Yavapai County Sheriff's Office said Beard had broken into the family's house in Paulden in the early hours of Wednesday. Mayla Hogan and her two children were inside the house at the time, according to AZ Family.
Hogan's 12-year-old daughter woke up to find the man inside her bedroom, touching her face. Beard then got into her bed with her, the sheriff's office said.
The child managed to alert Hogan, who rushed into the room and tried to drive the man out of the house.
"I was telling him to get out, and I was opening the door because he just wasn't responding. And, of course, I physically removed him from the house. But when I did that, I was able to tell that his pants were down," Hogan told 12 News.
Hogan confronted Beard in the yard, "where he was exposing himself and threatening to 'drop her,'" the sheriff's office wrote on Facebook.
When Beard tried running away, the mother and her teenage son chased after him. They managed to restrain him until deputies arrived at the scene at around 3 a.m.
Beard was found on the ground with some minor injuries, caused by the scuffle he had with Hogan.
"If I'm being honest, my mom got a couple, a lot of hits in," Hogan's son told the outlet.
The intruder was given medical attention at the scene and taken to the hospital before being booked into the Yavapai County jail.
The sheriff's office credited Hogan for saving the child from further harm
"The quick action of the mother saved not only her daughter from further trauma but managed to help take a dangerous predator off the streets," the sheriff's office wrote.
"By the grace of God I'm a rough neck," the relieved mother told the outlet, adding, "by the grace of God I have good children, and by that same grace of god we will prevail."
Officials said Beard is a level 3 sex offender, who registered with the sheriff's office last week.
He is now facing multiple charges for breaking into the 12-year-old girl's bedroom. The charges included indecent exposure, voyeurism, aggravated assault, burglary, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.
"Violent sexual crimes against children are among the most heinous offenses I can think of. I am always as shocked as all of you at the capacity of these appalling offenders to prey on the vulnerable" said Sheriff David Rhodes. "These violent criminals must be removed from society, and we will always seek to prosecute them and fight for justice for their victims."

Nacho Cheese and Hot Dog Raviolis: Chapter 4
Reaching Out For Help As the transport van arrived at the Yavapai County jail, Lou was taken aback in fear by the massive size of it. This building was about four times as big as the one in Seligman that he had stayed the previous night in. The pale grey two story building looked like a lot of prisons that he had seen on tv before, the only thing missing was the barbed wire fencing around the…

Arizona’s prison population declines by 11% during pandemic | National News

PHOENIX (AP) — The number of inmates in Arizona’s prisons has declined 11% since the start of pandemic, reflecting a slowdown in the state’s court system that has held far fewer criminal jury trials over the last year as it took steps to prevent the coronavirus from spreading at courthouses. Corrections officials say they are seeing fewer sentenced inmates being sent to prison from counties and fewer revocations of probation and community-supervision releases that would send people back behind bars. Defense lawyers say people charged with crimes are reluctant to accept plea offers out of fear that they might be exposed to COVID-19 if they were sentenced to Arizona’s prisons, where 31% of inmates have tested positive over the course of the pandemic and where 50 inmates have either been confirmed or suspected to have died from the virus.
Pima County hasn’t held a criminal jury trial since March 2020 and has called them off through next month. Maricopa County went a few months in 2020 without criminal trials, but it resumed them during the fall in limited numbers, because it has a small number of courtrooms that are equipped with plexiglass barriers and spacious enough to allow jurors to be distanced.
“The entire system is slowing down,” said Pima County Public Defender Joel Feinman.
In the four years before the pandemic, Arizona’s prison population hovered around 42,000. It started dropping in March and stood at 37,224 on Friday, according to corrections records.
While at least 300 non-violent inmates have been released from country jails in Arizona over the last year in a bid to lower virus risks, the state has refused calls for early releases of prisoners as a prevention measure.
Corrections officials say it’s difficult to say whether the state will have roughly 42,000 inmates some time after the pandemic ends. But lawyers and officials who work in county criminal justice systems said they believe the numbers of will creep back up.
“Everything that I have seen contributing to the decline is based on temporary things, so I think this is temporary,” said Christine Jones, a trial supervisor in the Maricopa County Office of the Public Defender.
More than half of Arizona’s 15 counties also have seen decreases in the number of inmates in their jails.
The jail population in Maricopa County, which operates the largest county jail system in Arizona, has had a 24% decrease in its jail population, from 7,100 in December 2019 to about 5,400 this week.
The most significant factor in lowering the county’s jail population has been police agencies that are citing and releasing people for certain nonviolent offenses, rather than booking, in an attempt to limit their contact with jails during the pandemic, said Sheriff Paul Penzone.
Penzone said his office is examining data to determine whether the cite-and-release approach taken during the pandemic will have any effects on crime rates and to examine the financial savings from having fewer people locked up.
While acknowledging that some offenders still need to be imprisoned, Pima County Attorney Laura Conover, a newly elected prosecutor who believes the state should rely on prison far less, said the decline in the prison population offers a chance to consider whether the state wants to keep so many people locked up.
Yavapai County Attorney Sheila Polk, whose office didn’t hold a felony trial for three months last year but has since resumed, said her office is already working with others in the legal system to reduce the backlog.
Polk said the Arizona Supreme Court’s suspension of a speedy-trial rule is set to expire at the end of March, meaning her office needs to be prepared to take a number of cases to trial unless the rule suspension is extended.
“You can’t stop arresting people and you can’t neglect public safety,” Polk said. “And you when you arrest somebody, there are a series of things in the courtroom that have to occur. We have managed to do it.”
State prisons and some county jails in Arizona have been hard hit by the virus.
More than 11,000 inmates in Arizona’s prisons have tested positive for the virus during the pandemic, leading to 31 confirmed COVID-19 deaths and another 19 deaths suspect to have been caused by the virus.
More than 2,600 people who work in state prisons also have tested positive. Corrections officials have declined to say whether any staff members have died from the virus.
In county jails across Arizona, more than 3,500 inmates and nearly 900 employees have tested positive since last spring.
Two Pima County jail inmates, a Maricopa County jail officer and a Camp Verde Detention Center employee in Yavapai County have died from the virus.
