Well the game is about to be out now, I'll kinda live blog it using the tag #thl spoilers and #YuuTHLLDA. What I'll be doing is compile my thoughts and reactions for each play session I have of the game and upload them when that session is done. With that said, I'll be blocking the tags until I'm done playing the game.

Play Session 3 (Day 30-48)

Play Session 1 (Day 8-18)

I had already cleared the demo before but since I used a European copy of the game, the first seven days had to be replayed again. (the data wouldn't transfer). Thankfully my twin played the first seven days for me as I had to do some things (they somehow got a better start than I did lol)

I already knew what was going to happen for Days 8-17 due to the extended demo event. So nothing surprised me there, that's where we stopped for the moment. But here are some minor moments.

Day 8-9: Those twins have some realllly interesting taste

Also, very cute Shouma info, he's a animal lover, ngl, it was funny how he was able to turn a positive interaction into a negative and Takumi's exasperation to it

Also, I have no idea how Eito was able to talk about scythes for hours on end, wasn't he just studying it??

Day 10: We got two new rooms, but I was able to level up my literacy to 2 through the gift-o-matic, I'm surprised it takes time to make the gifts though, I somehow missed that info before release

Day 11: The Hiruko ultimatum appears and now we are trying to convince the others, though I know how this ends. It is kinda annoying that you can't access certain things when you're doing main story things, I want to upgrade Darumi.

Days 12-15 Eito's excitement when getting the plastic bag was very cute, and also it's good to see that Ima isn't as bad as people was expecting him to be. Also, they're still not letting me upgrade Darumi.

I do find it funny that Takumi is questioning what could have happened between Hiruko and Darumi

Honest reaction to Gaku's room:

Those persuasion events were harder than I thought they would be, failed Tsubasa's twice, and Gaku's thrice

But the song after each persuasion is very nice

Also, Ima WHY did you slam that door open (very cool how descriptive the door opening was for each character(even the sound audio took account for that)) but seriously why

Day 15: Hiruko CG yipeee, even though we know whats going to happen next. Also, Eito is giving me mixed signals, like he seems really competent at times and then says he's terrible for social interactions even though he picks up clues way better than the others.

...CAN I PLEASE UPGRADE DARUMI

Day 16: The likely first divergence point and Hiruko just straight up disappears before giving important info, its like whoever is getting them doesn't want them to know whats happening

Also, i think they censored a bit of Ima's backstory, though the implications are still there. Kako shows her smarts.

Day 17: Ghost boy appears again! I have a theory that him and Takumi are connected, and its why Takumi has the pink rings in his eyes

The fight was very fun and I get to finally use Tsubasa and Gaku! Gaku was very clutch in this fight, his special attacks were vital for the boss fight, him and Takumi were the MVPs. (I am sad that I wasn't able to upgrade Darumi before this battle, but man this game sure locks you on the main story)

For the finishing blow, I gave it to Takumi because I want to see his anguished face

Day 18: We get to see the consequences for fighting, i.e being very, very sore. I do find it cute that despite being non-figthers, the twins are helping, even if Ima is making it clear that he has alternative reasons to do so.

Funnily enough I'm liking Ima way more than I thought I would, I feel like the writing is doing a good job at showcasing that Ima and Kako are younger than the rest of the class. He is very confident and sure of himself surprisingly.

Day 19: Stopped here in the morning, but the garage was just unlocked, and I know Tsubasa is going to be happy about it

Play Session 4 & 5 (Days 49-55, Days 56-89)
