For what it's worth some times you just gotta feel gross and icky and be a big baby and do it any way

People who honestly like having you around are gonna love you even when you feel like shit and will like having you around even when you feel like shit. They'll make space for you at the table. You just gotta show up.

#am getting back on my meds and thus am evil rn and so it's been a rough few days . didn't plan to go for drinks after practice #a couple teammates insisted and i caved for the sale of not having eaten . ended up having a really lovely time .#ate . had a few fake beers . chatted with a visiting fury . caught up with decoy 💕 . even sang a few karaoke songs??#like . they all very much wanted me there even though i was not at my best. it didn't matter why i wasn't well tbh.#and it wasn't about solving anything. but they wanted me there with them all the same. but i needed to show up.#i need to keep showing up. the mental illness in me often refuses to see that part
