God I got jumpscared by unexpected social contact courtesy of my neighbor during my Mandatory No Talking Hours (after 10pm) AND ALSO during my Mandatory No People Hours (the long, usually several-hour walk that I take every night) and the sentence I jumbled out when he asked me what I was doing (shuffling ominously around the block because despite the fact that I worked 63 hours this week I cannot go to bed without a walk or I will not sleep) genuinely made me sound like such a lunatic that I do not know if I will be able to interact normally with him again
